We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host Tracy was responsive and check-in was smooth. One small note—there was warm water for showers, but it didn’t get very hot. Still, it was more than manageable and didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect, neighborhood with many things and upon entering, it was a world apart, quiet and ideal for resting and relaxing. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house has everything you need. Most importantly, they accepted our pets, everything was very good.

Las Gavias Grand is a lovely place to stay,and Maria was an outstanding host!

An excellent place to combine beach, pool and have a great time... the apartment on the second floor helps a lot in getting out and going for things, if you go with family you will have a great time.

We went as a family and the 3 rooms were very comfortable and suitable for everyone, each with its own separate bathroom. The climate control works perfectly. The kitchen is super-equipped, it has everything in abundance, equipment, dishes, utensils, even a wide variety of condiments, drinking water, etc. The pool is very clean and quiet and spacious enough for all the guests in the building. The gym is very well equipped. The steam baths are perfect. We went by car, so we easily accessed restaurants and shops. They have parking for cars. We really enjoyed our stay

The location of the apartment is very good, it is a quiet area, access to the beach is VERY EASY (it is a very quiet and very clean beach), it has an Oxxo in front and several restaurants (very good by the way), the people who welcomed us and the building were very friendly, SUPER ATTENTION, the place has two pools, one heated and one normal, outside the building many trucks pass by that many trucks that take you to all the tourist attractions of mazatlán (to the seawall, the dock, the cathedral, etc.) , it is very easy to get out and return without any loss, I would come back without a problem and I would recommend them to anyone who goes to the city. The apartment has hot water, internet, and Netflix on the TV, they also have ice maker and towels plus all kitchen utensils to prepare food

The apartment right in front of the beach and in the background Isla Venados is excellent, only a small renovation is missing in the apartment. The TV is not seen, there are movies, but no dvd player. It is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. The service people Christian, Jorge and Angie excellent people. Everything very close, parking right in front of the apartment. Beach access of 10 and the super clean pool always.
