Gorgeous property in a great location, easily walkable from the train station, city centre and bus stops onto the university of Lancaster. Responsive and helpful host. comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfect for a stay with friends or a family.

Lovingly restored property with oodles of internal space for 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 children). The high ceilings, exposed beams and the veluxe windows with views of the sky were particular highlights. Langway has all the amenities inside you could need and more. Lovely to have an air bnb place that has the key bits in the kitchen that make life a bit easier when you're only a way a short period and haven't bought absolutely everything with you - cling/foil/condiments/ squash. The welcome basket and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Beds and bedding were really comfy. Sofas not super comfy, but we didn't spend long say on them as we were mainly out exploring. Not far to Kendal and to Windemere by car. Langway has limited outside space, but we knew that on booking and the little courtyard with table and chairs was enough for us. It does face on to the lane, but the lane is exceedingly quiet with only a handful of cars ever passing. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Absolutely spotless, so clean and tidy. Lots of extra bedding, blankets and sheets. The caravan smelt so lovely and was very well equipt with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed!! There were 2 adults and 6 children and we had lots of space! Diane was a great host and we cant wait to stay again!

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Emily was very friendly and responded to us very quickly. She left some easter eggs for the kids and flowers and a card for my wife as I had mentioned it was her birthday which was very kind. the caravan is nice and clean, and functional and it's not buried into the back of the site, you can easily walk to the main facilities. we would happily stay again.

Wow, we’ve spent 2 fabulous days chilling, eating and soaking in the fabulous hot tub. The lodge is spotless, has everything you need and more! The quirky decorations makes it feel so homely and welcoming. Thanks so much, we can’t wait to come back again, what a hidden gem x

We had a really lovely stay at Simon and Cath’s place, for a week with our kids. The place was ideal - easy to find, and walkable to the town centre. The accommodation was well laid out and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Our hosts were extremely helpful, with local tips and advice. Thank you for a great stay!
