We have stayed at Peter’s home twice now, both times were a great experience. Easy check in, the space was clean, got back to us super fast with any questions we had, and the house really has everything you need! We would highly recommend this home, and will book again in the future!

This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

Both humans and canine loved this place. The rooms were a good size. Both the bathroom and the kitchen had adequate supplies and equipment and were well maintained. I especially appreciated the couch protectors so we could be comfortable about letting dog rest on the couch. Tom contacted us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. His wife came over shortly after we arrived to help us figure out how to work the TV. Oakland Beach is at the end of the road and the streets in the neighborhood are very walk-able. This place was perfect for us.

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

Absolutely LOVE staying at Anna’s home that she graciously shares! Her home is like coming to your favorite aunts house while she is out of town and you just get to chill out and enjoy the area!! Quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to what I’ll call the “mall area” that has everything usually around a mall. Definitely check out The Head Landing Country Store for their coffee and DELICIOUS home baked goodies!!!

Jean’s house was perfect for our stay in Providence. The home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and is a convenient walk to restaurants, bakeries, and shops. The interior is cozy, and all three bedrooms are located on separate floors allowing for privacy for the occupants. Check in and checkout were extremely convenient, and Jean’s responses were always friendly and speedy. I highly recommend the Carriage House for a comfortable and convenient stay in Providence.

This rental looked exactly like the pictures. The wine and bags of ice were very nice touches. The only thing that could have been better were some extra linens/towels. We stayed for 2 nights but we used this as a bridal suite while getting ready and ran out of towels quickly. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer for towels. It looks like they are slowly doing some updates so I’m sure it will look even more amazing when we come back. Can’t wait! Loved your home away from home.

Patrick and Tracy were wonderful to rent from and the house was great. We had 5 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The patio was a great experience with the pool, hot tub and great outdoor seating. We loved the area and would return in a heartbeat if the dates are open for next year’s trip.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

The check-in process was so smooth and finding the place was super easy! The house was absolutely gorgeous and accommodating for us to stay the night. We wished we could have stayed to enjoy the amenities that were part of the campground! The location was perfect for us to be able to go to our concert the night of check in! We will definitely be back in our future travels!

Steve's place was amazing. The carriage house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a wonderful space for our long weekend! We were just a close drive to Providence, where we needed to be most of the weekend. I would stay there again!

This country getaway is an absolute gem! Just 20 minutes outside of Providence, this luxury escape offers the perfect mix of peace and charm. The home is stunning—boasting beautiful high ceilings, an incredibly spacious layout, and a beautiful kitchen that made it a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor space is a dream. The pool is serene and refreshing, and being surrounded by horses and cows added such a unique, calming touch to the stay. The entire property is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a weekend recharge or longer escape. Cristyn was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious countryside experience near the city!

Do not usually leave reviews but this was the BEST Airbnb I have stayed in by far! The pictures DO NOT do it ENOUGH justice! Absolutely stunning trailer, amenities, and scenery. Favorite part was the woods in the back which the family and I took a daily stroll through every morning to start our day in nature. Desiree provided ample help and some free food items but also gave us our space as well! Definitely a slice of heaven on Earth if that’s what you are looking for. Will definitely be staying again soon, thanks Desiree!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was charming and historical, and very clean. It was well stocked for coffee and cooking plus Bradley considerately left us some pastries and fruit. The town of Warren was a gem! Cute coffee shops, breweries and restaurants, and all easily walkable from the house. In addition, we loved its proximity to the waterfront, which was beautiful! Loved it all!

Very cozy, clean place! When you’re inside the apartment, you wouldn’t know you were right near the 95 freeway :) very nicely and generously appointed! Francis was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to my plans, which were a bit up in the air.

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

I would give the Cottage 6 stars if I could! The place is really magical - every detail is so meticulously selected and beautiful inside and the location is so picturesque. My only complaint was the weather during my stay: it was chilly and rainy most days and we weren’t able to spend as much time outdoors as I would have liked. Steve and Dean were the most amazing hosts. They were so helpful and quick to assist. My in laws traveled with us and they were also blown away with the Cottage and care!

Steve and. his family were fantastic. Super friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home and comfortable. I would also highly recommend using Steve for his Chef/cooking services, his food is phenomenal! Our kids really love staying there as well and had a lot of fun. Steve had great recommendations for us on restaurants and things to do and went beyond to make us feel welcomed, even included us in his son's baseball game! Lovely family and great hosts!

My husband and I were delighted with our stay at Karina & Peter's. Everything was just as advertised. The easy walk into town was exactly what we wanted, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations, and had great fun exploring the galleries and shops in town. Communication with Karina was excellent - she always got back to us even more quickly than advertised, which was very much appreciated. High quality linens on the bed, very well appointed kitchen (although I wasn't on vacation to be cooking - hahah), and ample products in the shower (I'd forgotten some things!) - basically all the amenities to make us feel right at home. I highly recommend this property and hope we'll be back again in the future. Thank you, Karina & Peter!

Beautiful place right off the east bay bike path! I stayed for a night with a couple of friends during a bike trip. The location is really convenient, two blocks from an amazing coffee shop and insanely good breakfast spot, and five minutes walk to one of the best dinners me and my friends had ever had. The space was really beautiful and obviously very thoughtfully put together. Towels were huge and fluffy and there were plenty of them! The washer dryer was especially great; I was able to wash my bike clothes before the return trip which I don't always get to do on overnights. Would definitely recommend if you're trying to putz around the east bay!
