This private, spacious, fully equipped apartment above an owner-occupied home is perfect for one or two adults, and has its own entrance. It occupies the entire second floor of my home, which was built in 1912, and combines the charming “Cape Cod” style architecture of that era with modern conveniences. Lots of windows, closet space, built-in drawers and storage make for an enjoyable stay for a night or a month! Location Minutes from Providence in a quiet residential neighborhood on East Narragansett Bay. A short block from the East Bay Bike Path, extending 14.5 mi from Providence to Bristol. Jog, walk, bike or blade, and enjoy views of coastal wetlands and nature preserves. Haines Memorial State Park is just a block away for a picnic, catching the sunset on the water, or launching your kayak or other watercraft from the boat ramp. I even have a couple of bikes you can use during your stay! The historic Crescent Park Carousel and seasonal Clam Shack is less than a mile away. The Space Private entrance to 3 large rooms plus full bath with tub/shower. In the cozy bedroom, enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a new pillowtop mattress topping the queen size bed. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans. Appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The large living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen-tv, a desk for your laptop, and a reading nook. The new futon couch converts into a bed to accommodate two single people traveling together who prefer not to share a room. Other info Please be advised that, as is typical of a house of this age and design, the apartment is accessed via a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, and therefore might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Screened in porch that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, while listening to the birds in this rural setting. A short drive to Providence, about a half hour drive to Newport, and 8 miles to Roger Williams University, makes your stay fairly close to the best RI has to offer. Off street parking available for one car.

Lovely 1st floor apartment adjacent to our main residence. This one bedroom apartment features a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and bathroom. Also available is a full size pull out sofa. Enjoy views of the garden. Great location! 2 min walk to Starbucks/Shaw’s grocery/CVS. 15 minute walk to Barrington Beach. Hop on the East Bay Bike path and ride into Providence or down to Bristol. Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.
