Monthly Rentals in Barrington

Brian is friendly. He responded promptly. The place is right on the water. Brian owns 4-5 (?) houses/apartments and the docks, kayaks, etc. are shared between them. The beds are comfortable. The size of the apartment worked for the three of us. Penn Yan is a cute town and not far away. Amity coffee shop is worth a visit. The Kueka Springs winery is nice - good wine and attractive facilities and grounds. It was a relaxing stay.

Nelson's place was great! We had a minor issue with previous guest damage and Nelson/Katherine were incredibly responsive and helped us quickly. In addition to the host's care, the house was very clean, comfortable for a large group, had fast wifi (if you care about that) and even had a reverse osmosis water system for clean drinking water. We'd happily book this airbnb again in the future if we're ever out this way.

My girlfriend and I were in Penn Yan for a wedding. Paulina’s place was in a great location quick drive to downtown and the lake. We were only a single couple but there is plenty of room for two couples; the unit is overall spacious, two large bedrooms, 3/4 bath + additional 1/2 bath. Good value, I would recommend.

We had a wonderful trip, loved the our cabin and the breezes coming in during the evening! Kay was a fantastic host, we'll have to return to see the new fountain they were installing while we were there :)
