Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung. Die Lage der Finca besticht durch die unmittelbare Nähe zu den Wanderwegen, der Waldlage und dem atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Die Fahrt zum Meer ist über eine asphaltierte Straße unproblematisch. Der nächste Ort, Cruz de Tea, ist über einen Spazierweg erreichbar.
