The apartment was very spacious and practically furnished, everything you need to stay is available. The terrace has sun in the afternoon from 3 p.m. onwards. The heated swimming pool is close by and sunbeds are always available. Repeatable ( still at the current prices, because given that the stay is going to be a lot more expensive).

María was an outstanding host. She was very friendly and attentive. From the very beginning she provided us with recommendations for all kinds of restaurants and sights all across the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend both the place and María to anyone visiting Gran Canaria.

Staying at Laura's was just wonderful. We felt right at home and everything we needed was there. From beach towels, parasols to games. The apartment was super clean and maintained. The location is perfect and the surroundings simply wonderful. Thank you for everything dear Laura

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted for a week in Gran Canaria. It’s away from the big resort areas so is very peaceful, and the local town is very nice. The apartment was spotless, the outdoor terrace is Brad to relax on and the communal swimming pool was excellent and was very quiet on most days. The apartment is located up a big hill so having a car was really handy. I think we would have struggled with a car as it’s a good 20 minute walk up the hill from the town if going on foot. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again if we returned to Gran Canaria

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. This is an immaculately clean place to stay. The complex that the apartment is on is quiet, very well maintained and the swimming pool always has bed chairs available. There are lots of walks and restaurants nearby. The beach at Patalavaca is nice and if you want a golden sandy beach the walk to Anfi beach is easy. The coastal walks are great and the walk to the cross on the top of the hill has amazing views. It is a steep hill up to the complex and there are quite a few steps in the complex to get to the apartment but this was not a problem for us. Domingo was a great host and incredibly responses to any questions we had. Thank you for sharing the beautiful Linda Vista2 with us... we will definitely be back!

we had absolutely fantastic time. the apartment is very modern, it's not big but it is designed in a very smart way so you can feel comfortable. we really liked the decor and the light options. bathroom was very spacious for the size of the flat. we absolutely loved that there was an option to eat outside and have a morning coffee with the ocean view. the pool is communal and it's very close the the apartment but it was very peaceful. during our stay pool was cleaned 2 in one week. the area is great about 10 minutes of a slow walk to the beach, restaurants and shops (for foodhop there is a Dino shop 2 minutes down the road with long opening hours). as mentioned before the apartment was lovely, new and clean I would say the only downside was the communal space as it is slightly dated and could have been a bit cleaner but we understand that Gabor is not the owner of that full space. please note we still enjoyed our time at the pool. we do recommend this place and we hope to be back.

This place will not disappoint, the sunset view every night wonderful. The accommodation exactly as advertised cannot fault! If we decide to revisit Gran Canaria we will definitely want to stay here again.

We have been to Puerto Rico for the third time and this was the most beautiful accommodation so far. Everything is available and very clean, the view from the balcony to the place and the sea is just great! Anita was always available and helped immediately when we had a problem. We will be happy to come back!

A short vacation for two, a really beautiful apartment with a view of the ocean that creates a wonderful atmosphere at sunset. Responsive host, check in a little late from 4pm, but on the other hand, you don't know what's behind the preparation of an apartment on the part of the hosts. Super advice for a vacation in the south of the island!!

Despite a glitch with the wifi initially, everything was great. It is a very pretty complex, though I have a back problem & found the stairs a challenge! Reception was very responsive to a couple of issues with the stove.

Centrally located with walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. The street is car-free. Restaurants in the street that create a pleasant atmosphere. Quiet at night. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The terrace of the apartment has sun in the morning. The roof terrace is very nice with great selection of sun loungers and sun every hour of the day. The apartment has dark curtains, very comfortable beds. Easy to ventilate as the bedrooms have a window facing the outdoor room as shown in the photo. Necessary with airing as there is no AC. There are also floor fans if more air is desired. Everything is clean and tidy, is like new. There is no wear on furniture, and there is lots of equipment to cook. Lots of cutlery, glasses and plates . Good and quick communication with Alba. Would recommend :-)

This is an absolute gem of an apartment. The location is spot on, couldn't be much closer to the beach and shops. The apartment is super well equipped with everything you could need for your stay and we loved the decor. The pool was perfect and we would come back in a heartbeat. Leticia and Zuzanna were super responsive and communicative. Could not recommend highly enough!

We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks, the apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, good beds, large terrace with seating area, sun loungers, etc. Quiet and pleasant neighbors. The apartment was clean, tidy, well maintained. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Recommended

Roberto was a superb host, guiding us to the property step by step. I had a small issue which Roberto responded too immediately to my satisfaction. *The apartment is bijou but well equipped for our 3 week stay. Bed was super comfy. Table and chairs and two sunbeds just outside the apartment. Lovely communal pool with sunbeds, some days we had it all to ourselves, which was a treat. *5-10 min walk to a large Spar, pizza restaurant and bar. On the street itself two restaurants- we only tried The Palm Garden and that was incredible. *There are 83 steps down to the apartment, this gave us a work out so saw it as a positive. It does mean you are frontline for a superb view over the bay. *10 minute walk to Anfi beaches (with white sand) and loads of restaurants, cafes and shops . All in all a perfect vacation spot, would happily visit again.

The apartment is very well positioned, near the beach, restaurants, Spar and Dino Extra supermarkets and the bus stop for Puerto de Mogán and Maspalomas/airport/Las Palmas, but was quiet in the day and at night. Playa Amadores is a 1km walk along the coastal pathway (away from the road). The comfortable outdoor area is sheltered from wind and sun. The apartment is newly renovated to a very high standard. The owner Luca was very helpful.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

Excellent apartment, very clean, modern, new, nothing missing, María is a real gem, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk to everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc, 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc) In short, there is really nothing wrong with this apartment, it is simply magnificent, a roof terrace with phenomenal sea views. Highly recommend this house! We and the kids had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy. The Pool was big enough, heated, covered when not used and very clean. The Games Room is a game changer that we haven't saw nowhere else. It offers a lot of games for kids and adults. Hans is truly a professional and extraordinary guest oriented! Answering very fast in case you need something. The weather in this region seems to be best from the entire island (most sun hours).

Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!

Our vacation at Paula's was great! The place is super clean, the terrace large with a parasol and barbecue and sunny all day 🌞 Paula is very accommodating and happy to give tips. We can recommend Tauro beach, which is only 10 minutes away by car :) Otherwise, you should only know that there is a surcharge for the use of the hot tub, which we did not know about beforehand.
