A 5 minute stroll away is our high street: there are lots of coffee shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A fifteen minute drive can take you to any one of our famous beaches: Instow, Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe to name a few. This holiday home is in the perfect location to explore the best of North Devon!

Our house is well equipped for families with elderly or moderately disabled visitors with stair lift access upstairs and disability aids if required. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
