Havel pure and unadulterated to feel good and relax. Absolute top location with private access to the Scheunhornweg marina (see Internet portal). Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

The old building apartment with its high ceilings and original floorboards is flooded with sun and is located on the first floor. Each apartment has a Canadian at your disposal. Garden use with various barbecue and sitting areas - even by the water - is also included. Shopping, restaurants and our boat rental are in the immediate vicinity.

We had a perfect stay at Raphael and Leo's apartment! The apartment is large, clean, well-maintained and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped and everything works. The bathroom is clean and the shower is pleasant and works. Communication with the hosts was easy and fast. At check-in, the instructions were not precise enough and we had to wait about 30 minutes. This could improve. All in all, we had a great vacation in Berlin. Many thanks to Raphael and Leo!!

Wonderful place in Berlin. If you are wanting a place by the river close enough to center city but far enough away for some peace and quiet this is your place. Close to grocery stores, metro, pharmacies and trains! Nitin was communicative and even provided photos to assist with check in and checkout.

We visited Berlin with a 8 month old baby, which was challenging at times. Coming home to such an equipped apartment made it so much easier for us. The kids highchair, baby cot and washing machine came in very handy. The apartment is located outside the city center, so it takes aprox. 45 min - 1h to get to the city but you have many options to take public transport.

Daniel was incredibly friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond to create additional flexibility for the dates of my booking. The apartment is truly incredible - with beautiful decor, amenities, and views! There's also loads of great cafes/bars/restaurants within walking distance. Vasil's place is beautiful and I wish I could have stayed longer! The apartment is decorated with care, and the space is sun-soaked. The sitting area outside was so nice, and everything was easily accessible. I wish my own bathroom and shower looked that nice! He was extremely responsive and helpful, I would absolutely stay again when I return to Berlin.

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We came together this weekend for a family reunion - 4 generations No matter which generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! For our little ones, as well as for the big ones, there were toys and reading material - we noticed an open heart for children everywhere We would be happy to come back any time! Thanks to the whole family!
