Situated on the River Thames for bike rides and weekend meanders, our home is close to the wilds of Richmond Park and within easy reach of central London. This is our family house which we rent out when we travel with 2 double bedrooms,1.5 bathrooms in Zone 3 Barnes in London. A large furnished garden,free on-street parking next to house.The accommodation suitable for 4 people (family/friends/business). Good public transport links: 20 min by train to Waterloo, or tube from nearby East Putney or Richmond tube station. Close to Richmond Park. The place will be exclusively just for the guests. A fully equipped kitchen and all amenities.

You will have your own entrance with parking to come and go. The property is moments from the train, and central london, and a brief walk to the beautiful surrounds of Barnes, offering a variety of good restaurants, regular festivals, beautiful green spaces and the river Thames.

This apartment is tastefully decorated, peaceful and even offers a private balcony & rooftop. With close proximity to the District Line, you can be in Central London in 20 minutes. Although, the area boasts restaurants, pubs and excellent antique shopping, including a market most Sundays. All within a walking distance. St. Peter's Square is Grade II listed, and the 19th century architecture is reflected in the interior design. I hope you'll enjoy your stay here.

I had a great stay at Jason’s. The flat is exactly as described and ideally located for quick access to the tube. Jason was away when I arrived, but communicated everything really well to insure that I had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

Jay is a very attentive, friendly host. He responds quickly to questions and requests, and he made sure our stay was comfortable from the very beginning to the end. The place itself is also flawless, just as advertised, in a very nice neighbourhood with great public transport (the closest bus stop is ~50m from the house). The room is very clean, including the kitchen. We stayed 4 nights and absolutely recommend Jay and his room. Next time we're in London, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.
