Beautifully designed family home, set in a quiet location on the edge of Thorpe Bay and near Southend. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys for Colin & Karen while they are visiting family. Their home is spacious and extremely comfortable. Offers free parking on the drive and has fast Wi-Fi. There are three pubs, supermarket and chippy within 10 minutes walk. It is about 2 miles from the beach at Shoebury Common and at East Beach, and less than 3 miles from popular events venue, Garon Park.

What can I say lovely clean place and Helen was so welcoming everything was so clean with milk put in the fridge for us and a coffee maker and coffees mini wash bits in the bathroom clean towels and bedding all you would want for your stay well worth the money thank you so much we will be back Julie x

Excellent host and a wonderful property ideally suited in the centre of Leigh. Will definitely be back to stay again. Justin couldn’t do enough to help us and was very communicative, Thank you Justin!

This place was perfect, I literally cannot fault it any way. Robert greeted us on arrival and was warm and friendly, he also helped with the local taxi company. The property itself was immaculate with everything you could ask for. An easy 5 star recommendation!

It was conveniently located to where we needed to go that evening, the place is a conversion of the ground floor house and there is one room that connects but was locked for the entirety of our stay. The room and shower room was clean, slippery floor but slippers are provided. We did notice some ants but at the end of our stay. Good value for money, would stay again.

Wonderful Burnham riverside flat - gorgeous views!

Tims flat in Burnham on Crouch was ideal for our stay as we were visiting to do some sailing. If were sailing in the area again we will look to see if his flat is available, we really liked it and the views of the river were really good as it's on the 3rd floor of the apartment block. Parking wasn't too bad, thankfully, as we had two cars and a lot of sailing gear to unload. Many thanks for the stay.
