Our stay at Badar's place was unforgettable. The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures: breathtaking, spacious, beautifully decorated and unprecedented luxury with complete privacy. I have travelled a lot and booked villas, but this was by far the most beautiful experience ever. Badar's service was extraordinary. As we arrived early with children, he had stocked the fridge with groceries. The villa felt like a private mini-resort: a discreet employee stayed in a separate annex and helped us where needed even with running laundry. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. This tastes like more – we are guaranteed to come back! Badar is the perfect example of hospitality and I highly recommend this villa and its service to everyone.

Suleiman's chalet was stunning! it was extremely spacious and we'll equipped. we loved the private pool and the playground for kids. Cleanliness was top notch and we had a very comfortable stay. Would love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and outdoor spaces are perfect to relax or enjoy a good barbecue ! Mishal has been very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is located in an exclusive residential complex between Muscat and Al Seeb. It is very quiet there and the 1-minute walk to the marina and the promenade The Walk with lots of restaurants and cafes is very easy to reach. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the stand. There are no umbrellas there, so you should bring them with you. The apartment is very spacious and comfortably furnished, we lacked nothing. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are available, so you don't have to pack too many clothes. Upon our arrival, the apartment was clean and Armani immediately took care of our additional requests. There was still a towel and a fresh sheet missing, which was brought the next morning. We only used the air conditioning from time to time to cool down the bedrooms a bit, it is very quiet and powerful. The private pool next door is also great! We will be happy to come back.😊

The house was better than our expectations, the pool and hot tub are even bigger in reality. The room was clean, everything was great, clean kitchen, clean pool, we had a little problem with the air conditioning but Mohamed found us a solution and had it repaired right away, he is responsive to all our messages, he is really the best of hosts. Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

This was an excellent spot for our big family to gather! We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and hanging out in all of the lounge spaces provided by this accommodation. Thank you so much!
