Condo vacation rentals in Bariloche Department

Diana is a great host and super friendly host. She welcomed us at check-in and provided lots of great local food and sightseeing recommendations, even providing alternative routes to popular sights. My dad forgot his walking sticks and I forgot an AC adapter and her husband came back within a few minutes after check-in to let us borrow his. The apartment was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. Diana also messaged us that a forest fire North of Bariloche had ignited and advised us to avoid the area. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is great. The balcony has an amazing view and thanks to the glass ceiling a beautiful light comes in during the day. The radiant slab works perfect, it stays well warm even on cold days. The bed is comfortable, the space is spacious and very tastefully decorated. It has TV with all the apps to watch movies or series, and the kitchen is super equipped, nothing is missing. Also, the owners are a 10: super attentive, friendly and always willing to help. Ideal to spend a few days comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best locations to stay closer to the city center. The apartment is very spacious and everything is of good quality. Host's family is very friendly and helpful. For those who come with car and not familiar with local street parking rules the following information should be helpful. Parking along white color curbs is free 8pm - 8am on week days and from 2pm on Saturday till 8am Monday. In order to pay for your street parking you first park the car than look for a person in bright orange color vest. You may have to walk the street to spot one. Have your car license plate number with you. it's to be recorded by the parking worker. Otherwise you have to go back to the car. Parking is paid in cash only.

What can I say about my stay at Karin's house. It exceeded my expectations! The place is really beautiful!! More beautiful in person than in the pictures! Not only that, but the location is very good and you have many shops nearby to buy whatever you want! In addition, it has all the accessories you need when staying in an apartment. Super complete. We spent unforgettable days at this beautiful cabin in Bariloche. We went as a family and from the first moment we felt right at home. The cabin is very comfortable, is perfectly equipped and has a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. We especially want to highlight the attention of María Florencia, the owner. Always attentive, kind, and willing to help us with any queries or recommendations. Your warmth made the experience even better. We would definitely come back. The place is located close to city center. Mora was helpful and helped us to get by. The house was warm at cold nights and the place was comfortable

The apartment is conveniently located as it is in a super quiet place and close to the lake. There are supermarkets nearby, so you don't have to go downtown. Bruno was very attentive and friendly, which helped us to make check-in flexible.

Pablo and Sergio were consistently available; whenever I needed anything, they were just a ping away and responded very quickly. In addition to the outstanding hospitality, the location and view of the city are safe and spectacular. Both sunrise and sunset offered quite a view. They also went out of his way in a personal urgent matter of mine.

Very nice place to stay! Super quiet, clean and safe. Afiltron is very friendly. Check-in and check-out alone, you're not dependent on anyone. I give it 10/10, we'll be back for sure.

Beautiful place, an excellent panoramic view of the Civic Center and Nahuel Huapí. Mariela and her sister are very attentive and online to attend to any eventuality. Nice and comfortable apartment, very well equipped ... He also gave me a garage that was not planned and that helped me to have more comfort during my stay. I suggest you leave more personal cleaning items and maybe a complimentary water. We will recommend and will be back.

A beautiful place to rest. The apartment is very spacious and the king bed is super comfortable. It looks like the building is new and of good quality. I felt right at home. When I return to Bariloche I would come here again, I really liked it.

This is a very nice place to stay. The lake views are simply incredible, the pictures don't do it justice. The place itself is nice and has everything that you need. I was there in the low season and would imagine the place is much busier in the summer months. i had a car while i was here which i would definetly advise. i would stay here again.

This apartment had an amazing and peaceful view of the lake, which made our time at home even more memorable. It’s a new construction unit, with all the amenities one desires. We also made use of the central heated pool of the complex which was a great experience.

Beautiful place, excellent heating and a place with views and beautiful surroundings. Easy to get there by car, good accesses and everything was very well arranged in the accommodation. The only thing, the bed is a little hard but maybe it's for personal taste. The rest, excellent

The duplex is located within Arelauquen and has a dream view, located in front of the Polo Club House. We had a wonderful time staying at Ashley's condo. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular, and at the same time it is walkable to the supermarket, restaurants, and cafes.
