Ferienwohnung auf einem Pferdehof

Unsere niedliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Bauernhauses auf unserem Pferdehof. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit einem Tagesbett für eine Person, welches auch für 2 Personen ausgezogen werden kann. In der Küche befindet sich noch ein Einzelbett. Ein Esstisch mit 4 Sitzgelegenheiten und eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile macht die Küche komplett. Ein Duschbad/WC gehört ebenso zu der Wohnung. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch.

Unsere kleine moderne Ferienwohnung ist für Gäste, die eine Auszeit nehmen wollen, um die Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven und alles was noch in der Nähe der Elbe zu finden zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Hansestadt Stade, Buxtehude oder um den Elbradwanderweg zu befahren. Das Zentrum von Fredenbeck liegt ca. 15Min zu Fuß bzw keine 5Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Stade erreicht man in 15Min mit dem Auto und Cuxhaven sowie Hamburg sind eine Autostunde entfernt.

Willkommen im Norden und im Stader Land! Hier ist die beste Basis, um Erholung in der Natur und am Wasser zu genießen. Eine Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten lässt Wünsche Wirklichkeit werden. Ob Golf, Kajak, Schwimmen, Wandern, Angeln oder Fahrradtouren – alles ist von dieser Oase möglich. Vielleicht willst du aber auch einfach nur die Ruhe genießen und endlich mal wieder ein Buch lesen. In Stade lädt die Altstadt zum Verweilen ein. Auch Hamburg mit seinem Kulturangebot ist gut zu erreichen.

Small flat in the center of Harsefeld (circa 30 sqm). It is central, yet quiet and secluded, surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. A barn and a cottage with a thatched roof (where the hosts live) complete the ensemble of buildings on the premise. Parking for guests on premise is available (and included when booking the flat). Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

Willkommen im in 2020 errichteten Anbau meines schönen Holzhauses! Egal ob für ein entspanntes Wochenende oder längere Aufenthalte, sie bietet für 2 Personen Raum zum Wohlfühlen. Im Sommer heizt sich die Dachgeschosswohnung übrigens nicht auf, da sie die Isolierung von Passivhäusern hat. Im Sommer kühl, im Winter warm! Bei erhöhtem Platzbedarf kann die darunter gelegene Wohnung (ca. 60 m2) mit 3 Schlafplätzen und Terrasse dazu gemietet werden.

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Zweifamilienhauses. Sie liegt in zentraler aber auch ruhiger Lage von Harsefeld. Die Größe beträgt ca. 110qm, auf denen sich bis zu 4 Personen richtig wohl fühlen können :o) Die Nähe zu Buxtehude (17km), Stade (22km) und Hamburg (30 - 80 km) und das auch erreichbar per Bahn, ist für viele Gäste der Grund, zu humanen Preisen unsere Ferienwohnung zu buchen.
