This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

We had a great stay with Dominic. Ahead of arriving he was very easy to communicate with and made us feel incredibly welcome. The flat is very conveniently located next to Warwick station and even though we arrived late we were able to get the keys from a safe box. The flat was perfect for us and we much appreciated Dominic leaving out cereals, tea and coffee for us. Thanks for being a top host!

Absolutely loved this apartment in the heart of Warwick. Well appointed and an amazing location. The host was very responsive and never left me hanging for answers. I would definitely return this apartment if I visit the area again. The only small downside was that the apartment does get quite hot due to its position in the roof of the building. Opening the many windows does help and a fan was provided to make sleeping more bearable. All in all an excellent venue

The barn is one of the most stellar Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. A beautiful space in the midst of a view to just constantly soak in. We went there with our kids and loved every moment of it. Jacqui was very helpful and responsive throughout and her recommendations were great for things to do around the space as well. Would highly recommend.
