My family and I had a excellent time. Communication with Alvaro was fluid and fast. We were very well received by Manuela, who gave us all the guidance of the house with clarity and objectivity. The house is excellent! Ampla, very airy, well located in a very quiet and quiet place. We'll definitely keep great memories from there and we'll be back as soon as possible.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Our first time at the house and we already know it will be the first of many! Besides being beautiful and looking like a paradise, it's super well structured and clean. Hosts were thoughtful and helpful! Comfortable beds, super complete kitchen… in short, absolutely nothing to point out. Besides the location being great, as we already knew. Quiet beach, calm sea and not much movement, and at the same time safe and close to all the shops you may need :)

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You can also enter the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of the frenetic routine we have. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to access the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely come back more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

We spent our honeymoon in the penthouse and it was excellent and an incredible experience, we will definitely come back more often! A spectacular view, close to many beautiful beaches such as Feiticeira. Our stay was amazing! An ideal home for family moments, with spaces that provide these moments! We were in 20 people and 2 pets. The outdoor space was ideal for the dogs. The accommodations are comfortable offering everything that is necessary.High points: location ( it is very close to the beach which made it very easy because we were with 3 elderly family members; all dormitory suites with air conditioning; BBQ space and games provided great family moments.Enfim, a house with all the requirements for a great stay in a family and quiet beach.Nikolas and Renato super attentive.

I loved my stay, it's simple, it has the basics there to get by in the kitchen, I felt extremely cozy. I stayed for 6 days and every day I went to a beach, both in nearby cities and in São Sebastião itself. I loved it!!!!!! Manuela and her husband made us feel very comfortable and at home. The North Coast is the jewel of the state.

Our stay at Casa das Três Marias was wonderful. The house was clean and tidy to welcome us. The space is perfect to be with family and friends. The pool is delicious, the water always in a pleasant temperature that invited to use anytime, including at night. The existence of a space near the own pool to prepare our caipirinhas was providential. Nele also had a minibar, all thought for the guests' day amenity. The barbecue area was another high point in our stay. We recommend the Casa das Três Marias and we intend to return at another time.
