Very well equipped, quiet, clean and pleasant space. Location is great, very close to the beach. The swimming pool overlooks the sea and, in my stay (out of season), I could always pick up empty. Communication with the Hosts was very efficient, always very kind and helpful. I definitely hope to return!

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

It was an amazing experience staying on Mr. Osvaldo, had everything we needed, clean, smelling place, wonderful view, literally foot in the sand. Quality and extremely clean bedding, even provide bath towels! Mr. Osvaldo a friendliness and education in the treat, we will return other times, for sure!!

Apt very good,well-created. Large and complete kitchen. Indoor ceiling fans. Tasteful decoration. Churrasqueira in masonry ( brick by view) on the balcony ....very helpful. Well-organized garage with wide vacancies. Pool looked recently renovated and heated. The very attentive employees and Larissa provided all support by responding very quickly ,when called. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. The apartment is exactly as advertised, everything is very clean and everything is new! Market, pharmacy, and close to some shops. If you want a family atmosphere and a quiet beach, Maranduba is a great tip! I felt at home and in addition to the quick service and flexibility of Rafaela and David, Adalberto who received us was very attentive and made us feel at ease. Ubatuba is always a delight to spend a few days and I hope to return very soon. Thank you for making this little corner so cozy for guests.

The apartment is as described. It really meets what is proposed. Owner Beatriz is super accessible and ready and quick to answer questions. Seu Luiz, who takes care of the condominium is super helpful, polite and helped us with all these doubts. In my case I did not use the car for nothing because everything is so close and accessible. Empório which is 100 meters away has everything we need, price pump good products. Maresias beach is very good. Água Branquinha is fine sand. For me and wife note 10 for the apartment, owner, mr. Luiz and etc. It's worth a lot. Super I recommend everyone. Thanks Beatriz for hosting. See you soon.

Our experience in Eduardo's apartment was excellent! The apartment is the same as the photos, beautiful. In the two bedrooms and the living room (it makes all the difference with this heat), all well decorated, new, and in perfect functioning. New beds and good shower. A television in each bedroom, in the living room and on the balcony as well. The condominium is wonderful, we were very well welcomed, and we feel extremely safe. Quiet, family atmosphere. Andreia was also super receptive, showed us the vacancy, took it to the apt, and was available for any queries. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely come back again.

Indescribable Apartment impeccable, very clean, great location and easy arrival. Everything is in great condition. Luciana is a very attentive person, always responded quickly. I have an autistic son and they made sure to send more photos so I can show him to be better. Porteiros are very attentive. I super recommend.

Great apartment and location. I often go to Caraguá and Aniete's apartment is one of the best options I've ever been to. Aniete is very attentive and concerned with serving guests well. The listing is very clear and leaves no doubt. The caretaker Adilson is also very attentive. On a future occasion, I will try to book this apartment again. I recommend it.
