We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

This is the second time that my family and I have spent a few days at the house. It is super large caters everything it promises, close to everything. We love it and will come back for sure!

I would like to thank Anderson for the stay. Me and my family were surprised by the house! Everything very new, very clean, the complete house. By heated pool, all rooms with air conditioning, very good shower, missing words to describe the house. Not to mention that you can do everything without needing a car! Mercado is 2 minutes from the house, restaurants and bars very close by. The beach 5 minutes, the house has a tent on the beach with chairs. Very attentive and flexible Anderson with schedule. I highly recommend the house, and I will definitely be back to stay longer!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

Location close to the center and about 5 min from some good beaches. A Julia (host) always very helpful, a love of person. I highly recommend it. I only missed a cold shower in the backyard to take sand from the beach before entering the pool, and everything else is fantastic.

Rafael's house surprised us, corresponds to the photos, and the place is extremely pleasant and the beach of Guaeca is a delight. Great for small children, we were with two babies and 3 children and everyone enjoyed a lot. The house has a nice pool and the place is super quiet. Also, the house is in front of the tennis court, which is great for those who like to practice the sport. Finally, the Vanessa that cooked and tidied the house during our stay is super pleasant, friendly and proactive. The township was truly all delicious, we spent happy days.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with a market and bakery very close, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with great quality items. A real charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Great house, very spacious and well located on a relatively quiet beach, but with good structure. The house has several items for use on the beach, tent, chairs, etc. The best restaurant nearby is Limão Cravo, which has a varied menu and great food. Several wineries nearby help with the drinks.

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.
