The 1-room apartment (38 m²), renovated in 2019, is located directly in Lüneburg, about a 1-minute walk to the marketplace and is ideal for 2 people who want to be directly in the city. Between the historic old town and the colorful hustle and bustle in Lüneburg's pedestrian zone, the apartment is optimally located. A small kiosk is around the corner and the balcony invites you to breakfast or a glass of wine.

The apartment is located close to the historic Nikolaihof in the southern part of the village, about 20 minutes by bike from Lüneburg. It is about 5 km to the city center of Lüneburg. Two bikes are available for guests. A bus stop to Lüneburg and the surrounding area is very close.
