Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bardolino

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

A brilliant stay and a wonderful first holiday for our 6 month old baby. The apartment had everything that we needed and the beautiful garden and pool was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and Roberto to help with, they are the most kind and helpful people you could hope to meet. Thank you!

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. Nice walk to the heart of Verona, but the apartment (basically a house) is very spacious with much appreciated parking. Arrive and leave the car to explore the wonderful city of Verona!!! Highly recommend.

We stayed for the first time in Saló and it was an exceptional experience. Cristina's house was the ideal solution to stay in a quiet place a few meters from the lake and the center of Saló. The house is beautiful, tidy and clean as we wanted. Cristina's dad and mom were very kind and helpful with any need. If we come back to this area, we will certainly come back here! Thank you.

Monica and Gabrielle made us feel right at home—they were incredibly welcoming and always responsive. Their place is absolutely amazing, and the photos truly don’t do it justice. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, the mountains, and Lake Garda It’s clear that the hosts love what they do, and this is reflected in every detail of their home. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience, I couldn’t recommend their place more highly!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! Marisa and Fabio were super responsive to every need we had, and the house was squeaky clean. We loved the location. Close enough to Lake Garda, so we visited a few cities on the lake on one day. It's about 30 minutes from Verona, so we spent one day there. (We did a free walking tour and highly recommend that!) And on our third day, we drove to Bolzano and Merano to be in the mountains - a very different experience from the area near Garda. This Airbnb has heart, and you can tell that Marisa and Fabio take pride in what they've built. So much thought went into every detail of decor, the wood and natural stone... everything, really... I consider it an honor that they shared it with us.

We spent a whole week in this accommodation as a family with a dog and were absolutely happy! The accommodation is much nicer and larger than it already appears in the listing. The associated garden is huge and beautiful. It was an absolute pleasure to relax there on the terrace or in the hammock. Our dog also loved the enclosure, everything was fenced. Inside, everything was extremely spacious, so that we never felt cramped with 4 people and a dog or you could always find your peace. Carlo, the host, is incredibly eager to ensure the well-being, gave us great tips for restaurants or activities and was always quickly available. A super warm-hearted person! The stay will be a longing memory for us - we will definitely come back one day!

Alice was a terrific host in a great location tucked into Bardolino a block in from the lake. She offered great food and sight- seeing recommendations. We enjoyed walking through all the streets of Bardolino, especially off-season before all the crowds arrive. The Thursday market on the waterfront was wonderful.

The accomodation was very sweet, in a good location. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. His father was also very friendly and even gave us a lift from the ferry port, which was lovely.

We had a great week at this lovely apartment with our two kids, enjoying a wonderful breakfast every morning, a really beautiful pool and stunning scenery every day. Big recommendation!

I had a very nice time in Bardolino. The apartment is just like in the pictures, especially the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake is awesome. Anna is a great host, very nice and communication was easy. Highly recommended!

Enrico and Flavia’s Airbnb was perfect for us! 10/10 I would recommend and we’re already planning a trip back. The view was beautiful, Flavia was very friendly, and the space was super clean! We were 3 adults and a very active toddler and there was more than enough room for all of us. We did have a car which was helpful, we did lots of exploring from this location and didn’t want to leave. There was a pack n play and high chair for the baby which was great. Communication was seamless as well. We got there early and left a little bit late and Flavia was great with everything. If you’re on the fence about booking, just book you won’t regret it!

The apartment is situated in the beautiful village and the view from the balcony is amazing. Apartament is very specious and has everything what is needed. Maurizio is very helpful and proactive. He helps a lot with discovering the area and local recommendations! for sure we are back!

An excellent apartment. Fabio's place had everything we needed for our stay and more. Location was perfect, a few minutes from the Lake but with food shops, a restaurant and post office all close by. The icing on the cake is the wonderful roof terrace! Isabella was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. At the end of our stay she kindly let us leave our bags at the apartment until we needed to go to the airport. We would be very happy to stay again!

Alexia was a superb host, friendly and helpful. The villa was a great place to unwind after attending our son's wedding and offered everything for eight wedding guests. A lovely secluded pool, plenty of kitchen and houshold supplies, lots of own eggs and vegetables. Oh! and two friendly dogs. Kelvin Roberts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a great time at the place. Especially the outdoor area with pool and grill was our favorite place. The cute dog on the premises also enriched our vacation. Due to the great location of the house, we had the perfect mix of tranquility and proximity to great destinations, such as Verona or Lake Garda. Communication with Simone was very good. 🙂

Manuela was a very friendly, helpful and conscientious hostess. She gave us great tips in advance and informed us about everything important. If there were any questions, she answered very quickly and tried to meet all needs. Her house is exactly as shown in the photos and description. We felt very comfortable at her place. Everything was clean and well maintained. The garden and pool were also great. We'd go back there any time. Lake Garda can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as various shops and restaurants. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay :)

Matteo’s place is even more beautiful and more spacious than the pictures. We were blown away by the property, inside and out. The property is right next to a walking path that brings you down into the town. The path is definitely not for the faint of heart as it’s very steep, but there are some beautiful viewing points. If you have the proper shoes and don’t mind a bit of a workout, it’s great. For the most part, taxis are readily available to/from the town. There’s also a hotel with a restaurant and another restaurant about 10 mins walking from the Airbnb which was great when we didn’t feel like going back down into town. If you’re looking for a place with privacy, views, a pool, and plenty of space, this is the place.

We had a super nice week at Villa. We especially liked the large garden (perfect for dogs and humans) with beautiful views of the lake. Alberto and Elena were wonderful hosts and always answered any questions quickly and adequately. We would recommend the villa to anyone who would like to stay at Lake Garda and prefers the tranquility to the hustle and bustle.
