An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Alessandro’s home is one of the most fantastic Airbnbs we have ever stayed. Alessandro is a wonderful host who was very responsive to all of our messages with his recommendations, directions and wonderful hospitality. Alessandro’s apartment overlooks a gorgeous square and of course the incredible Lake Garda. You can hear the church bells in the background at all different hours. This is classic Italy at its finest. The terrace is absolutely beautiful to sit out there with a glass of wine and a toast to what is to become the quintessential Italian holiday. The apartment is full of beautiful generosities like wine, chocolate, lollies, water, and great bathroom amenities. These generosities really express exactly how the host is. The bed is beautifully comfortable. The apartment is renovated, air-conditioned, great kitchen, huge living area and has two bathrooms. Don’t hesitate or think about it, just book this incredible apartment, it’s perfetto in every way.

We had very pleasant days on Lake Garda! Ice cream shops, bakeries and restaurants just around the corner, you were at the water in 45 seconds. A great starting point for various activities. There was a good tip for the parking lot in time before arrival. Thank you for a lovely time!

The three of us lived as a family for a week in the small apartment and felt very comfortable. Antonia is a very warm, humorous host. The apartment has everything you need. The courtyard is green and quiet. A swimming area is diagonally across the main road. So you can quickly jump into Lake Garda in the morning before the first coffee. Really great! Despite good traffic situation very quiet. Free parking can be found just above the apartment on the same street. We'll be back for sure :)

We spent the family vacation with the kids (5 people) in Garda lake and the surrounding area and had great time at max's place. The location is great, 200-300 meters from the lake, and is also very comfortable as a "base" when planning to visit other places around (less than 2 hours drive to Milan, Venice, Lake Maggiore, etc...). The place is very convenient, clean, in new condition, and had everything we needed. The communication has also been very good and Simon hosted us so nice and helped us with everything that we needed during our stay. Thank you Max and Simon for a great vacation in Garda lake :-)

We were warmly welcomed by Barbara and Marco with personal key handover and brief instruction. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Super equipped kitchen. Hairdryer or shower gel was also available. We were guests with our 90-year-old grandmother, and therefore it was very convenient that the apartment is at ground level. We can also imagine this again with friends or children. Unfortunately, we only explored the area by car, but surely much is also within walking distance. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful spot. Walking distance to most things in Garda. We felt comfortable immediately after arriving as the apartment has a really good, down-to-earth feel about it. Isabella met us there and showed us around. The rooftop patio provides a great spot to relax when you aren’t out and about. Really enjoyed it here.

Very easy check-in and check-out by key handover at the neighboring hotel. There was a drink for the welcome, in the room there were small touches such as noodles, wine, coffee, etc. available for free. Perfect location. You can cross the street and you are already on the water. There is also plenty of free parking on the premises. We got a free room upgrade with a very large balcony with lake view including two sun loungers. The room (bedroom and kitchen in one) was big enough for two people. A great view with breakfast or dinner. The kitchen had everything you could could need. The only criticism: The refrigerator is a bit noisy and can be perceived as disruptive especially at night (if you need him).
