Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

Electricity is invoiced based on actual consumption at 3,00 DKK per kWh. Bookings made after May 10, 2025, include 25 kWh of electricity per day.
