Very nice apartment, quiet, with a nice view of the wild coast. Opposite there is a supermarket, which is very convenient. We had a one-day delay on our arrival due to a transport issue and Mariana adapted, thank you again. We'll be happy to come back to this apartment if we go back to Ancora.

Staying at Luis's was a pleasure, the apartment was comfortable and clean. Comfortable bedding, with utmost comfort. The location was well located for visiting the city of Braga on foot. Luis was always available to answer any questions we may have. I can only recommend Luis to other hosts. Looking forward to coming back to Braga. See you soon Florence

In general, everything was very good, good accommodation, very nice host, very good pool, the only thing is that it is in a somewhat difficult area to drive and a little far from the village, in addition to the fact that you have to go a little further than where the location is on the Airbnb maps, but the place is impeccable, the same with the cleanliness, living room with pool and other things, television and air conditioning, everything was perfect.

We've been a group of six colleagues for a conference. The apartment is fully clean, in a very quiet and noise-free area, but very close to the sea and restaurants. Both the bedrooms and the bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to cook. The apartment is very spacious, with lots of light and very comfortable. We had an excellent stay. Paula was very kind.

We were welcomed by António, Heidi and their masters kittens. The area was quiet and private, from start to finish we felt comfortable whether to take advantage of the facilities or even to talk. There is no lack of restaurants or tapas in the area, in general everything was impeccable and we liked it very much. Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

A very quiet, rustic and rural setting. Sooooooo peaceful. Fantastic place to escape the city, get some rest and reconnect with nature. The outdoor, wood-heated bath was great, although it did seem a little decadent for just one person. Ideal for a couple. There is a river and Diogo (who is very friendly and very helpful) said he has a canoe. Although it was still quite cool in the mornings (early April), there is a wood-burner and an AC unit that also heats. The driveway is do-able but more for adventurous drivers. The village (Macieira da Maia) is very authentic and it is only about 10-15 min to the beach. Vila do Conde has a beautiful old-town. Many great beaches along the coast. Braga is only about 40 min, Oporto, about 20-30 min by car.

The house of Sara and José is beautiful, typical Portuguese construction, we appreciated the big fireplace, the nice garden with fruit trees and the big and fully furnished kitchen. One thing that I have to mention is that is full of hungry mosquitos and we had a hard time fighting with them at night…so be prepared and take some repellant of bring with you a mosquito net to put around the bed

We spent a week in Apúlia for a family vacation and it was absolutely wonderful! The beach house is located right by the ocean – the view is breathtaking, and the whole place has an amazing atmosphere. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and situated in a peaceful, quiet area away from the center of Apúlia. The host, Luis, welcomed us personally and gave us a tour of the house – a very warm and kind person. There were seven of us, even though the house is meant for six people, but Luis kindly arranged an extra bed for our teenager without any problem. The place has a unique charm – we spent hours on the terrace just watching the ocean, grilling fresh fish we bought in Apúlia, and enjoying the peace and quiet. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. We would love to come back! The beaches in the area are absolutely stunning. There’s also the Apulia Surf School in town, which we highly recommend!

Great stay in a beautiful well-decorated house, everything was clean and well-equipped. A very quiet area and a 15-minute walk to the beach and metro! Great location if you want to spend a few days by the ocean.

We were welcomed very well upon arrival, the accommodation is well arranged and everything you need is on site in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from the ocean as well as a quarter of an hour from shops. We had a lovely stay in Esposende.

Communication with Nuno was excellent. Always attentive to us and our arrival. The accommodation is conveniently located. The cleanliness was excellent. The furniture is old but everything is very well maintained. We felt at home. We went with our dog and he was delighted on the terrace when the weather allowed it, since it rained a lot. We were delighted!!!
