Very good welcome from Ana Maria & José, who were also available throughout the stay if needed Idyllic setting: very large swimming pool with a superb garden (olive trees, lemon tree, ...) that made everyone happy Numerous games available: pétanque, ping pong and games for the pool Beautiful and spacious quiet character house, halfway between the mountain and sea. All bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and even for water features In short, we spent two weeks of awesome vacation in your charming house and we thank you very much for it. We keep lots of good memories

A very quiet, rustic and rural setting. Sooooooo peaceful. Fantastic place to escape the city, get some rest and reconnect with nature. The outdoor, wood-heated bath was great, although it did seem a little decadent for just one person. Ideal for a couple. There is a river and Diogo (who is very friendly and very helpful) said he has a canoe. Although it was still quite cool in the mornings (early April), there is a wood-burner and an AC unit that also heats. The driveway is do-able but more for adventurous drivers. The village (Macieira da Maia) is very authentic and it is only about 10-15 min to the beach. Vila do Conde has a beautiful old-town. Many great beaches along the coast. Braga is only about 40 min, Oporto, about 20-30 min by car.

Elisa was exquisitly attentive. The breakfast service she suggested was amazing. The whole place was exactly what we needed and worth every moment of our stay. We totally recommend it and we are sure we'll come back soon.

Everything was perfect. - AC in all rooms and common spaces; - Firewood readily available; - Kitchen with induction, no exhaust fan, but it was okay. Super well equipped otherwise! - Perfect rooms and bathrooms; - Garden and Jacuzzi with hot water all year round. Too bad it was damaged during our stay; - Perfect for groups; - Not adapted;

It was a beautiful house, equipped with much more than ever experienced. the host was very lovely and super reactive. He equipped us with a lovely breakfast for the first days which was unexpected and very much appreciated. it's a great place to stay with the family including all amenities imaginable.

A luxury home very close to many places to see. Large, very large rooms, with closets and TV. Luxury amenities and a clean and impeccable house. The host was friendly, always attentive to us. It was a 10-star stay. We will definitely be back.

we were very well received, very kind and respectful staff. breakfasts with variety, quiche and delicious mechidos eggs, kitchen with everything at your disposal. perfect place to relax, no doubt it's worth it.

Great house, separated only by a small road from the beach. A wonderful roof terrace to relax and to look out to sea while the pilgrims from the Camino de Santiago walk past you. Great panoramic trail for jogging and long walks on the beach. We had a great time with our family. Thanks very much.

We had a pleasant stay with my family and friends in this beautiful house. The good weather, the large swimming pool, the cleanliness and shops nearby make this place available as well as the kindness of Mrs. Teresa Costa who welcomed us very warmly, very smiling and available for anything. Pretty modern house spacious and very comfortable. Even better than the pictures!

hard to locate even with GPS

We stayed at Maria and Pedro’s place for a couple of nights and now Regret not booking for longer! Such a lovely place, clean, has all amenities and just a lovely place to Chill in nature. We spent out days in the poor or with a book on the sun loungers and then early evening walks down near the river. Maria was so friendly and upon arrival when i realised i didnt have someone with me that i needed, she drove me into the village to get it - an absolute star -we were so grateful for her communication with us and for being such a lovely person. We will definately be coming again! Thank you Maria!

I loved the place!!! The lady who attended to us was super friendly and attentive, I was celebrating my birthday and she left a little gift for me🤍, I was super happy and amazed at everything! It was a very pleasant surprise! It really is on high, it has phenomenal landscapes !! I loved it and highly recommend it! I'm just grateful for the hospitality

Very cozy and thought out with all the care and detail: from the quality of the beds to the robes, towels and hygiene products offered.

André was spotless Local was in line with the photographs. Super clean and orderly The hut is very well built and equipped inside. The bed is very comfortable, I have 170cm and I slept very well. The bathroom is outside as it is shown in the photos and this logo of the cabin about 20 feet away. the outside area is beautiful and had a barbecue for us to use. the best part undoubtedly the warm jacuzzi at 38c! i really like it and recommended!

We found a hidden gem in the nature! Our stay was so comfortable, the BBQ was available, we could prepare great dinner there. Everything was perfect, jakuzzi, swimming pool. We could completely disconnect from all noise. A great location to recharge your battery. We want to come back.
