Maisonnette indépendante en plein cœur du village (commerces et restauration à 50 mètres et grande surface à 3 minutes en voiture), situé dans le parc naturel du gatinais. Venez découvrir une région riche en patrimoine : Fontainebleau à 15 min (blocs d'escalade mondialement connus, randonnées, son château...), Barbizon à 10min, Provins, château de Vaux le Vicomte... Vous rejoindrez Paris en 45min, accès direct autoroute A6 ou en train en 25 minutes de la gare de Melun (possible accès par le bus au départ de Perthes). Parc Disney Land Paris à 1h. Logement : Ancienne grange rénovée en 2021, offrant un logement totalement équipé avec une cuisine, une salle de bain avec WC, chambre en mezzanine. Idéal pour deux personnes mais possibilité de deux couchages supplémentaires sur le canapé lit du salon. Une terrasse privée est à disposition. Deux vélos sont à disposition sur demande dont un avec siège bébé. Possibilité de louer deux crashpad sur place.

Charmant deux pièces en duplex indépendant, entièrement rénové, donnant sur une belle cour commune (grand préau/salon mis a disposition). Situé entre les chemins de randonnée de la forêt de Fontainebleau et le Loing. Un ménage de qualité est prévu par nos propres soins ( compris dans le prix). Location de vélos (dont électriques) possible chez notre voisin (instructions sur la dernière photo de l'annonce). Piste cyclable a explorer sur le chemin de halage du canal du Loing ( Scandibérique).
