Large independent ground floor T1 in a house with enclosed inner courtyard in the center of the village and 50 m from the thermal baths of Challes Les Eaux. Very quiet residential area. Amenities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young children. 25 minutes from the Feclaz resort ( cross country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski hiking, dog sledding...) . All shops and a cinema nearby as well as bus lines serving Chambéry in 15 minutes .

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

Melinda is very nice, communicative and helpful. She greeted me personally and took care of everything. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and the view is great. No possibility of parking in the pedestrian street, plan for paid parking (all parking spaces are paid in Chambéry or almost…) Very responsive and friendly hosts. We'll definitely be back if our route takes us back to Chambéry

2 night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful mountain view and also on the overhead parking, large studio with all the essentials (bed linen, coffee, internet). Bonus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so to find your way from the basement to the exit is complicated. I did not meet Alain (independent check-in) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!
