This pretty house is located in the middle of a private cul-de-sac, you will be quiet! Far from the large summer crowds, you will appreciate the town of Barbâtre for its beautiful beaches and magnificent forest. The house is 3 km from shops (food, bakery, tobacco press, restaurants, bike rental).

It offers all the advantages for a relaxing stay.

Nice independent room on the first floor, in a home but really isolated, with direct access to the dune and the beach in a house with mill and swimming pool. Room equipped with good bedding of 160 x 190, TV, personal toilet, separate bathroom, kettle, coffee maker, and small fridge available. Barbâtre Sailing School nearby Activity on the island, swimming, catamaran, kitesurfing, sand yachting, shore fishing, bike ride... We do not allow pets.

You can drive, bike or walk to the Gois road famous for its tides, the pier for the island of Yeu, stroll through the forest and the polder of Sevastopol. Not accessible for people with disabilities

Bed linen can be provided upon request for an additional €10.
