Perfect small accommodation close, quiet except when the neighbors (20 years old ) speak a little too loud but just close the door to see excellent insulation The apartment is superb, very well tidy and especially the kitchen which is for me the heart of the house was perfect for cooking with a lot of space A big thank you to Jean-Philippe who by the way the departure was scheduled before noon and not before 11 a.m. but I will only keep this quiet stay with my wife I would highly recommend if you want to get away for a weekend by the Garonne

We recommend this place, we did not feel like checking out as it was very cozzy.

Our stay at Emmanuel’s place was perfect. The spa pool was a fantastic feature and we made good use of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Facilities in the property made if feel like home straight away. The local town is close and easily accessible by car. The surrounding area is covered with vineyards and corn fields and made for a tranquil environment. Perfect place to be if you like your wine and Armagnac. Emmanuel gave great instructions on how to find the property and was there to show us around and give us all the instructions and tips. I would highly recommend this property and we would gladly return.

The house and gite perfectly matches the photos. We had a very nice week with friends and children (12 people ). The grounds are quite large and we particularly appreciated the calm and the pool (be careful however to provide mosquito repellent products).

Large fully equipped residence perfect for a stay of 15 people. Bed linen, sheets and everything we need, we put our suitcases. We had a great stay where we were able to enjoy the outside, the terrace and the garden, the place is peaceful.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick's. Patrick was a warm, welcoming and responsive host. The house was spacious and charming and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped - we cooked almost all our meals there. The wifi was good. We stayed for a month and found plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. The house is a few minutes drive from a good supermarket and about 7 minutes drive from Lectoure, a beautiful town full of character and history. This is a real find of an Airbnb . Incredibly beautiful surroundings , very private and peaceful. The barn is stunning and exactly as described . Very well equipped , a real home from home . It was immaculately clean. The pool is a delight as is all the outside space which is great for outdoor eating and relaxing . Debbie is the perfect host welcoming and helpful . Lots of beautiful villages nearby and the lovely historic town of Lectoure is just 10mins down the road with a beautiful cathedral ,great shops and restaurants . Highly recommend

I was traveling with my colleague for work, Jean-Claude showed me around the space and explaining how it works. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had enough to prepare breakfast on site, a big thank you for this generosity! The house is spacious, the place is very peaceful and quiet, which is nice. There is space to park 2 cars in front of the house and there are 2 car parks very close to the house. Jean-Claude was responsive and responded to our messages quickly. i recommend it!

Be careful! Ghislaine and Jean Louis are not just epicureans: they are people who spend themselves without counting their life plan and to please the people they welcome. High-quality vegetable garden, very large and clean pool, a natural setting, a very considerate but also very discreet attention if needed. The cottage is very welcoming, you feel good right away. We highly recommend the table d 'hôtes to eat well, drink, and chat on the southwest, Alsace, or whatever you like. We had a lovely quiet time exploring the southwest, armagnac, the terroir, traditions. Thank you again for this moment Jean Louis and Ghislaine! Thierry and Marije
