Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

Apartment Kandus A - Free Parking, Beautiful Views

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to Tartini square, the city center, the grocery store, the beach and to the nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is not yet included in the price and has to be paid in addition in cash.

VILLA IRENA Charming Gem Located In Vipava Valley

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

Very central two-room apartment in the pedestrian area 100 m from the sea in the heart of the Gradese aperitif. Bright, comfortable, air-conditioned, with a large terrace overlooking the main avenue. Comfortable for 2 people. I also speak English and German. From March 1, 2018, the tourist tax will be introduced in Grado. I will communicate the amounts as soon as they are made known.

Depandance with a private entrance on the ground floor. The accommodation was completely renovated and furnished in 2019 and consists of a double bedroom and private bathroom for exclusive use. The area is very central, 50 meters from the beach "Côte d 'Azur", a few steps from bars, supermarkets, restaurants and the seafront. Private parking. Hospitality and courtesy.

It's in the city center next to a nice harbour and you can perfectly sit outside on the balcony and watch the ships and tourists passing by.You will find everything you need within 5 min walk. You will find a charming studio room with terrace, equipped with double-bed, a living room with a double-bed sofa and a double-bed sofa in the bedroom ;) .
