Very nice place, es re tranquil. It is as shown in the photos. Quite spacious and it hits the pretty nice sunshine. Maxi: a love as a host. The house in general is large and the front yard too, it hits the sun quite well in the mornings. No noise heard. In the place there are neighbors who are pretty good, right next door is a gentleman who sells like wines and beers, and so on. Same to take everything from outside, just in case. Recommended!

Excellent accommodation and value for money. It is a few blocks from where the center begins and the house has all the necessary amenities for 5 people to spend the days you want and enjoy San Pedro peacefully. Everything was sparkling: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage and bedrooms. The kitchen is super-equipped and with everything you need for everyday life. On the block there is a butcher, greengrocer, kiosk, grocery stores and everything you need on a daily basis. The only thing we would improve is the mattress of the double bed because it looks old and is uncomfortable. It's very soft and sinks. Everything else was barbaric. Finally, Franco is always very attentive and ready to answer any questions, so we are very grateful to him.

EVERYTHING WAS IMPECCABLE, ORDERLY AND SHINY. AN IDEAL COUNTRYSIDE STAY TO DISCONNECT FROM THE DAILY GRIND. IT HAS A LARGE FULLY EQUIPPED BARBECUE AND A POOL READY TO ENJOY (ALSO EXTREMELY CLEAN). ANOTHER VERY NOTABLE ASPECT IS THE GREAT VARIETY OF COOKING UTENSILS. A COMPLIMENTARY WINE; REPELLENTS; BOARD GAMES; MANY DETAILS TO MAKE THE STAY PERFECT! THANK YOU VERY MUCH DANIELA. This is a great location to stay in Pilar area.Apt is well equipped. Security in main gate. Garage / parking is covered and free. Nicolas is a responsive host. Easy self check in.
