I had an incredible stay at Sabina's place! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the local attractions. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There is absolutely nothing you could fault with this stunning apartment in the centre of Kotor overlooking the cathedral. We were met at the main Sea gate of the old town and Karolina assisted with luggage and accompanied us to the apartment. A beautiful outlook over the town, restaurants and mountains from the beautifully furnished living area. Although you are in the centre of town, you have the choice to open your double glazed windows and listen to music and the sounds or close them and have complete quiet. The bedrooms are positioned at the rear of the apartment. They are quiet and allow for a perfect nights sleep. Everything has been considered, even a filtered water dispenser was supplied in the apartment, which was greatly appreciated. This apartment is perfection. We would highly recommend staying at this superb apartment in Kotor.

The apartment is as described. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The building is about a year old and is in a district of Bar/Susanj that's undergoing a LOT of new development. Everything is new, including the street that the building is on. :D The apartment is well-equipped with everything you'll need for any length of stay. Even though it's not a large space, it's laid out well and never felt cramped. The proximity to the waterfront and beach is excellent. Cross the main street, and you're there. Great ocean view from the balcony too! There's an excellent Aroma supermarket practically next door, along with other shopping and dining options either way down the main road. Bar city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Marina made check-in and check-out easy and painless. There were no problems or issues, so there was no need for to contact each other during the month. I can definitely recommend it and will probably be staying here for short stints soon. :)

The view out of the window was perfect to wake up to every morning, the hosts mother greeted us and was lovely. Really good location - I think my favourite thing was sunbathing on the pier that is just outside the flat and going for a quick dip in the beautiful sea.

A perfect base for a stay in Kotor! In the heart of Old town with all the buzz and excitement of the cafes and bars, but tucked away so it felt private and safe. Host’s were friendly and helpful, very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The home itself is modern, but effortlessly showcases the charm of the building’s character. Spotlessly clean, with everything you could need. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great with private gated parking, only a two-minute walk from a shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants - and had all the utilities you could want

Beautiful place! We LOVED the dock and view of the water! We went swimming in the evening and the morning and it was absolutely stunning!! Incredible location. Loved the apartment - very comfortable and clean. The washing machine was and drying rack were also very helpful. The host was very responsive - we had a little trouble finding the Airbnb - but she was super helpful and kind about it! Highly recommend!

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

The host was exceptional & Villa Splendor is a must! charming villa nestled in a picturesque location offers utterly breathtaking views of the stunning coastline & surrounding mountains. It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind & soak in the beauty of nature. Our group of 8 ladies spent a truly wonderful time here. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional elegance. Very spacious with comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, & lovely common areas where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends. One of the highlights is the outdoor terrace, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or hosting a leisurely dinner under the stars. The pool, complete with a tavern, is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The location is convenient for exploring the charming old town of Kotor, which is a short walk away. We went on a boat trip recommended by Alexandra & would highly recommend it. Would book again in a heartbeat!

This place is one of the best positions in the town. A rare place near central part of Tivat and sea where boats are not covering most of the view. You need like 5 min of slow walking to get to the center and there are plenty of infrastructure around. Also this place was really quite and have a good sound proof design. The air conditioners are also very powerfull, so there were very comfortable here. It really is a good place. The owner is very polite and easy to access. No problems at all.

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

We had a lovely stay at Tatiana‘s apartment for 9 nights. The location is beautiful, literally steps away from the sea. And the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with Tatiana was perfect- very helpful and quick. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.
