Vacation rentals with a pool in Bar

Lovely apartment. Very well presented. A good walk from the port but with a brilliant view from the terrace. The pool is lovely ( we visited in October so it was quite chilly) and very refreshing. Ask Jelena to organise your transfers to and from the airport as her contact is half the price of the local drivers. From Tivat bus station ( 25 mins walk from apartment) you can go to Kotor ( 4euros ) in 30 mins and find a fantastic mediaeval castle full of brilliant eateries and shops . Also from the bus station you can go to BUDVA ( 5.50 euro) and find another mediaeval Mediterranean city full of great eateries and shops. Tivat is a great starting point to explore the Kotor bay area and also the Adriatic coast. You'll need to be fairly active for all the walking but this is a fantastic country with great hiking and marvellous countryside. The Montenegrens are lovely people with a great sense of humour and a desire to make you welcome. This was our first visit but it won't be the last

Awesome pool, 5 min walk to the nearest beach. The hosts are wonderful! Clean place to stay with an amazing AC that was perfection during an incredibly hot week. No microwave but mini fridge available in unit that we stayed. Would recommend. Thank you for the amazing beach and restaurant recommendations!

Alex and Marija have the most beautiful home that we absolutely loved staying in for a couple of days. The views are absolutely breathtaking which we thoroughly enjoyed soaking up - especially first thing in the morning with a coffee in bed! The apartment itself is spacious with plenty of kitchenware if you want to cook at any point during your stay. There’s a lovely little bakery down the road and highly recommend a dip in the lake to start the morning off right! The views never get boring. Alex and Marija are so friendly and accommodating and were on hand if we ever needed anything. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends! Thank you so much! Love Jess & Sean xxx

Great apartment in Kotor! Lovely hosts who were very welcoming. Apartment is in very good condition with parking and a pool! Very near lake edge with 10 minute walk to the old town, would recommend!

The house with the most beautiful view to stay in the Kotor Tivat region is a peaceful, immaculately clean, friendly Tamara host, we were very satisfied with our family's kayak house, it was a free host and offered wine, thanks to Tamara, I would like to be in the same view again, love Tamara🌸💙

We spent a wonderful week at Angela’s place near Budva and absolutely loved it! Angela was an amazing host – communication was always fast, clear, and super helpful. The apartment is very spacious, with a beautiful side sea view that we enjoyed every day. The bed linens were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large, with a high-pressure shower that felt great after long beach walks. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. We had a car and found street parking just around the corner without any issues. The area around the beach is stunning – perfect for walks, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of the coast. We truly felt at home and had an amazing time. Highly recommended – and we definitely hope to come back!

Our holiday was made even more special by staying in this well-kept accommodation. The host is very responsive and helpful and always answered our questions on time. We arrived to the accommodation earlier than the stated check in time and Jelena was waiting for us with keys, she was very professional and helpful and we really appreciate this. The property had everything we needed and was very organised, with plenty of clean towels, shampoos…etc and the location is great as it’s not too far from shops, pharmacy and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend booking with Jelena and INproperties and would definitely stay again if Im back to Budva!
