Thank you for the warm welcoming. My arrival date was very late in the early morning. Ivana‘s husband Luca waited for me and I drunk a cup of tea. It‘s a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and Ada Bojana. I was very tiered and slept until noon so I woke up with the conversations of the family in the kitchen since the walls are very thin. If you are an early bird this should not happen to you. In the bathroom the shower adapter was broken and Ivana and her husband Luca replaced it immediately. You find supermarkets very close and you can reach the beach after a 20 minutes walk. I had warm welcoming conversations with both and their son is super sweet and calm. Hvala 🙏

As four friends, we stayed at Tatjana's house to renew our friendship of 13 years. The room was spotlessly clean and got cleaned regularly during our stay. Tatjana was quick to respond to messages and friendly and welcomed us with her wonderful cake and her husband's handmade wine. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the room had air conditioning. We sat on our balcony in the evenings and talked about good old memories. The market and the restaurant under your apartment building have been really convenient as well. The location of this room is also a 10-15 minute walk from beautiful beaches. Sincere love to Tatjana who made our first Montenegro trip unforgettable with her hospitality <3

This accommodation was good value for money in a quiet area, but a short walk from the center. The host was friendly, helpful and always answered us quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

The place was amazing with its views. Private apartments that are tidy. A shared kitchen that also stayed neat. You can rent, for example, a bicycle to conveniently reach Kotor (6km) or Tivat (9km) and nearby swimming spots. Additionally, a bus every hour to Kotor's city center or directly to Tivat from in front of the apartment was convenient. Thank you to the whole family for letting us stay with you. Really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing views, clean, great A/C, close to the beach and restaurants. Fuat was an amazing host. He upgraded us to a nicer room because it was free, helped us with our laundry, and even offered to drive us when we needed it. Highly recommend.

First of all, I have never seen such a clean apartment. Goran was so responsive, he literally answered me after a minute. The woman who welcomed us was so nice and helpful. Evertyhing in the apartment was as described. The location is great, just 10 minutes uphill from Old town. There are some stairs, that can be an issues for someone like me with mobility problem, but nothing that serious, having in mind that a half of Budva's accomodation is uphill. The general review about this place - excellent.

This house is a piece of heaven. You wake up on the lake, with only the noise of the birds, can go directly to swim or do kayak or paddle board, which the host offers. The host is really nice and helpful and the apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. Would come back with no hesitation

è a modest place, a good cost benefit, the host's parents welcome us very well, the host is very flexible, the location is close to the beach and the museum making it easy to get there on foot.

We stayed in this guest house for 4 days and we really enjoyed our stay. In reality, it's even better than in the photos! The house has all what you need. Large kitchen-living room with air conditioning. The bedroom has two separate beds with good mattresses, they can be moved together. The bathroom is clean, there is a washing machine. There is a table outside where you can enjoy breakfast. We travel with two dogs and cats and the host was kind enough to welcome us, for which we are very grateful. The house is in a quiet place, so we had a great night's sleep. You can walk to the center and the fortress in 10-15 minutes. We and the animals loved it!

we were hosted very well by Nikolai who proved to be a very welcoming, responsive and very kind host The space was very clean, tidy, and really spacious it is well placed in relation to the beaches , a convenience store right next door. a small downside for the road just opposite but by that very good . thank you so much for a pleasant stay 😄

That was excellent choice for 2+3 family. Bed rooms upstairs and living room downstairs gives you opportunity to not be that quite when kids are sleeping.

First Nikolai is a phenomenal host, we had to change our arrival time a few times and he accommodated without hesitation. After we settled in he took us all for a tour to show where key places were, gave suggestions, etc. This might sound odd in a review, but he is very calming. We are relocating to Montenegro, with children. A lot of luggage, need to get things done, etc. Nikolai has hosting mastered. As for the space and location, absolutely amazing. Towels and linens are 4/5 star hotel level. Kitchen is very well equipped. Even the knives were sharpened. Every room and corner was spotless. The units are larger than they appear in the photos. The construction is solid, no noise. A bus stop to Budva is about 1-2 min walk. That runs every 15 mins, you can walk it in 45-60 mins as well, entirely along the coastal paths. Taxi is easy via WA or Viber. Views are stunning from the complex. Internet runs at 90mbps plus. Book without hesitation, absolute gem Airbnb.

Very nice hostel located next to the Kotor beach, very close to the old town, like 10-15 min by walk. The people working in the hostel were very friendly and they helped me with any issue I had. The people staying there were also very nice. Overall an excellent hostel and I highly recommend this accomodation to anyone who goes to Kotor 😊

Vicky's flat was perfect. Ideally located, 5 min walk from Kotor and right next to the bus station. We highly recommend it!
