Ideally located a 2-minute walk from the port of Port-Vendres, a 5-minute drive from Collioure and 10 minutes from Banyuls-sur-Mer, this townhouse was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021. Fully equipped, this house has 3 real bedrooms (bedroom 1 with sink and integrated shower, bedroom 2 with a double bed and a dressing room, bedroom 3 with 2 single beds), a large living room/kitchen of more than 30 m², two toilets and two exteriors: a terrace on the street side and a beautiful patio of 25 m² at the back.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.
