Our home located in the village of Quilty is less than a 5 minute walk to the local shop, pub and church. It is only a few minutes drive to Spanish Point and Miltown Malbay and is centrally located to tour around all the lovely west coast of Clare. Also an ideal location to stay while attending weddings in the Armada and Bellbridge Hotels and so central for the Willie Clancy festival. We have stunning views of Quilty Bay, Mutton Island , the Aran Islands and Mount Callan.

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

nice home and beautiful location. The house was very clean and had all amenities i would ever need. And the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend. The only negative would be that the entrance to the house is a little hard to find, but to be fair we reached late at night and it was very dark outside. Margaret gave great directions by text but was hard to follow at night. Perhaps a map or photos of the route from the road to the house would be extra helpful.

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in der Unterkunft von Brian. Und würden auch ein drittes Mal nochmal kommen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Direkt am Strand und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Brian war und unkompliziert und er ist sehr zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful, quiet home that’s only a 2 minute walk from the beach. Castlegregory is a lovely area even off peak season. The kitchen was well stocked for any meal preparation and the amenities were amazing for those looking to go for a sea swim or a day down on the beach. Would love to come back and stay here again. The time and effort put into this air bnb is clear to see, thank you Thomas!

Claire's place is everything as advertised and more, we had beach walks, forest walks, mountain treks and came back to a home away from home, it was lovely and comfy. We didn't need Claire for much as there was nothing wrong but we did have the pleasure of meeting with her and that just added to the overall experience, she is super friendly and a wealth of local knowledge. Fab location. Kitchen is kitted out with everything you would need first a short stay. Beautiful panoramic views of Brandon bay. Peaceful and private. 10 minute walk to spillanes. Wow! We can’t say enough good things about this place. Tom and Mary were so helpful, and we felt very comfortable in the farmhouse. It was fun to see the cows going out in the morning and back each evening. We liked being away from things, but it was also super easy to drive to restaurants and fun things for our two year old son. Sandy Feet Farm nearby was an especial delight for our toddler. He chased chickens and played with other kids on the playground. We loved walking down to the beach. We were sad to leave.

Such a gem! Had an amazing stay here with my family and the house exceeding expectations. It is spacious and the outdoor space was perfect for littles. Right across from the water and breathtaking views. A scenic walk to Keating’s bar/restaurant and playground across from it. Eugene was a great host as well. Highly recommend this home if looking to stay in the area.

Even if October is not necessarily the right time for a summer house, we really enjoyed being in Paula's beach house. On the rainy and cold days we appreciated the boost function of the heating, a very welcome facility. The house is clean, equipped with everything and was recently renovated. You notice that here the experienced "housewife" personally and with much love keeps the house in good shape. The house is located in an absolutely quiet area, you can effectively hear the waves, The view of the Bay and the sunset is wonderful. The large garden and the playroom invite you to linger. Paula is a very gracious hostess. and takes loving care of her guests. Communication with Paula is very easy as she is always available and responds promptly. We thank Paula for letting us stay in her house during 5 days. We would love to come again

The house has a wonderful setting, sea views, and is very thoughtfully designed and equipped. We loved the USB recliners!! All very comfy, cosy, and with exactly the right amount of decoration, also very clean And tidy. And a table to sit together, eat, and play cardgames.
