Beachfront Family House, Ballinskelligs Kerry

FionaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had an amazing week here. The location is perfect -it's a beautiful wild part of Kerry with stunning scenery and lots of beaches. Michelle's place is located right on the beach in Ballinskelligs - you just walk across the garden and down some steps. There's a café about 10 minutes walk along the beach where I got my coffee every morning. Reenroe beach nearby is also beautiful for a longer walk. The house itself is so lovely, it's clean and comfortable with lots of beach themed decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area has comfy sofas and a big TV. The bed I slept in was like a big soft hug and I fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Definitely a holiday to remember! Thanks Michelle.
Two holiday homes are positioned side by side, showcasing yellow exteriors under a clear blue sky. Each house features multiple windows, and a green lawn stretches in front, accompanied by a seating area consisting of a table and chairs.

Our 3rd stay at Maura's! A great place to stay, particularly if you have dogs. Maura as always was very easy to contact and is a very friendly and helpful host.
The kitchen features a large wooden dining table surrounded by wooden chairs. A sage pink cabinet and white tiled Aga stove are visible, complemented by open shelving displaying glassware. Natural light illuminates the space, enhancing the warm atmosphere created by the vintage elements.

BALLYDAVID SANDS - View of the pier!

MargaretRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Wow, this place is just incredible. My family and I stayed here while touring Ireland / County Kerry and our only wish is we had more than a weekend to enjoy all it has to offer! You can't beat the location right on the beach, steps from two pubs, with a breathtaking trail leading out from the driveway that wraps around the coastline. The house itself is so comfortable, cozy (that Aga stove is sooo cool!), and stocked to fulfill any needs we could think of. Our property manager Rose was also beyond kind, helpful, and communicative with check-in and answering questions about the house. We are already talking about returning to the Dingle peninsula, with this wonderful place in our minds.

Recommend this house for people who like a fantastic sea view. At night the beautiful sound of the wind and the waves lulled us to sleep. And what about the sky at night...little artificial light so we could count the stars without the light pollution

An unforgettable experience with absolutely tolerable compromises. We used the time out without electricity and WiFi to completely switch off. You have everything you need (including reception and light) and the property is simply a dream. A place where you want to stay!

Barrow Lodge in County Kerry is a real gem, and it's all thanks to Clodagh and Niall! They were absolutely fantastic hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Their local knowledge was invaluable, helping us discover some amazing spots in the area. If you're looking for a warm welcome and a great stay, I highly recommend Barrow Lodge!
