Nariman is a grate host, responsive and helpful. The place is exactly what we were looking for , 40min to the airport , 10min to the nearest beach which was empty! , 6min to local LuLu supermarket ( Tesco like ). There is an app called : Talabat ( like Deliveroo ) and OTAXI if you need an Uber worth downloading. Amazing small “Aqua Park “ pool for children as well as shady illuminated at night pool to relax. Outdoor shower that we used instead more than the bathrooms shower . Grate tall wall fence which gives you privacy and daily early morning pool cleaning done by very kind Abdul Hamid. Highly recommended villa , beautiful weather , will definitely be back !

The place is looked new and everything is good and clean. The pool size is great for kids and adults as well, nice Jacuzzi as well. It’s very near to the beach (5 mins) and It’s 30 mins away from Muscat downtown but still the price and amenities and worth it. I already recommended it to my friends. Thanks Mohammed

The house was overwhelming and more than what the pictures showed. We felt very comfortable and the family was able to enjoy the holiday in absolute privacy. Ghassan was always accommodating and always asked if everything was okay or something to be done. 12 out of 10 !!! Always happy to come back

perfect host, perfect home away from home, perfect communications, neat and clean home which is very nicely designed and decorated. Honestly I didnt find any flaw in the place. in short !!!! Impressed......!
