We have been living in Denpasar for one year, but we are originally from the U.S. where we lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains, had a garden, and spent our evenings by the campfire. We were looking for a place to get away for our son’s 16th birthday and hoped for somewhere away from traffic and surrounded by trees. We could not have dreamed that we would find a place that would ease our homesickness while also allowing us to experience the true beauty of the real Bali. If we could move into the cabin, we would in a heartbeat. The staff is incredible and they immediately made us feel like family. We have officially named the cabin our “home away from home” and hope to return when we begin to feel homesick. If you love the outdoors, gardens, trails, flowers, and campfires, you will not be disappointed.

everything worked out perfectly with our stay. the place was unique and had the perfect balance of nature and luxury/sophistication. definitely recommend this place. one thing which we were completely relieved with is that we did not encounter any mosquitos at our stay. it is as though they knew to keep away for privacy. add this to your place to visit on your bucket list. you will not be disappointed!

Staying at Bamboo Magical Tis was honestly one of the most amazing experiences we’ve ever had. The place is even more beautiful than the photos — surrounded by rice fields and nature everywhere you look. It feels like stepping into a little dream world where everything is peaceful and magical. The bamboo house itself is gorgeous and so thoughtfully designed, blending right into the surroundings. It’s the perfect spot to just relax, disconnect, and really soak in the beauty around you. And the hosts… wow. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met. They made us feel so welcome and taken care of the whole time. You can tell they put so much heart into this place and it honestly made our stay even more special. We loved it!!❤️
