Nestled in the center of Penestanan, just off the main road, is a small complex with 3 bamboo houses and 2 concrete houses, operated by a Balinese family. You will be staying in a bamboo house overlooking the rice paddies, but right now, there is no ricefield only green grass, because the water is cut off in this area. Expect an authentic experience and an infinity pool overlooking green grass. You need walking 10 minutes from the mainroad to reach this house, because no car access.

It’s a scenic private villa in a serene natural location deep in the local area. Their hospitality was outstanding with on time and above and beyond service. I use their laundry service and ordered dinner and also requested a flower bath for my wife. The food was great quality and well worth the money and convenience as everything is brought to your table at your Villa. The laundry service was on time and on the same day. We also got fresh linens and fresh towels every day with the room service. It is it is more than a traditional Airbnb with lots of great amenities and services. I highly recommend staying at this Villa during your stay in Ubud!

Nyomans villa was so perfect. It’s very quiet and so beautiful. Breakfast included was delightful and so was the staff. Indra drove us to town when we needed something. Just ten minutes away. He spoke great English and had a good sense of humor. In all my travels this villa was the best. I’ll tell all my friends. Thanks again.

Calming environment next to the Monkey Forest and some brilliant little cafes 5 minute walk to the entrance of the monkey forest. My room was clean and I was provided with fresh water daily, breakfast was offered but I chose to eat out at local cafes my favourite Black Sheep. the staff were very friendly and I loved the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the pool was great for an afternoon dip.

Wow, our family has been traveling across many countries for the past year, and this is undoubtedly our favorite stay yet! The villa is located in the perfect location for a family, outside the busy part of Ubud, but close enough to access anything. It is walking or short scooter rides to many restaurants and cafes. It's also very close to a modern padel facility, which was a nice bonus. When you enter the villa, it is pure comfort. An open living room and full kitchen look onto a large pool (almost Olympic size!) sitting among the rice fields. We swam almost every day! The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The villa has the nicest staff, responsive to any ask. They clean the villa daily and do laundry a few times a week. They were able to arrange any transfer we needed, massages, or even private yoga. They also have a complete guide made by the owners which became our go to manual throughout the trip. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 7 days. The villa is very beautiful, we fell in love with it! The kitchen was spacious, had all the necessary appliances for cooking at home, a large refrigerator, which is important. A large space with a dining table and a TV area. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, closets inside, safe, towels (changed every other day). A wonderful green area with a swimming pool, my child and I were comfortable having fun outside. There is a cafe on the territory of the villas, the food is delicious and inexpensive. Ketut was always in touch and promptly answered my questions. Even when we forgot our clothes after check-out, I texted a couple of days later and we got our things back, even though I didn't expect it anymore. I definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. With ages between 17 and 55 we all loved it. Ubud is about 45 minutes walk away but through beautiful scenery and some drink spots along the way. If you get the chance, have the villa team cook dinner for you, absolutely delicious and very cheap with more than enough food. Kadek is an excellent host and organised everything we asked. We would be more than happy to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here and even extended two extra days. It’s tucked in a quiet area surrounded by nature, and not too far a walk to restaurants and shops. Wayan was so lovely and accommodating, helping us with anything we needed. The place has such a special charm. We will definitely come back to stay here again.
