Monthly Rentals in Bang Saen Ville, Huai Kapi

Without a doubt, The Palm is the best condominium in the area. We have been here for the past 3 years and enjoyed each time. Rattana was an excellent host with great communication both before and during our stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple with a great view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was first class. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our stay for next year. Once again, I cannot overstate how helpful Rattana has been during our stay. Highly recommended.

Great place and great value, especially for longer stays. Reliable fast Wifi. Aircon, hot water, washing machine, drains all work perfectly. Very quiet apartment and the nice mountain views are even better in person. It is a few km south of the center of SriRacha but it’s on the main road and, contrary to popular belief, you CAN walk along the side of the road to several coffee shops, ATM, etc, just like main roads in and out of town in every Thai province. Easy, cheap, quick Bolt or Grab everywhere else which you’ll end up doing anyway, even if you stay in the center, so why not go with the best view. Owner/host very polite and responsive, excellent with communication. Would love to stay again.

Phatsanun is a friendly person who speaks good English, so communication with her was easy. She always answered my questions positively. She even bought another set of pot and pan to meet my needs. She picked me up from the bus station on the day I arrived to make it easier to get to her place. Her apartment is quiet, facing east with a view of the mountains, so the apartment is not overheated in the evening. As for cleanliness, it is good enough, although it could be better. The cleanliness of the bed linen was very good. The apartment is very well equipped with kitchen appliances. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. Although the area is difficult for daily walks, the great, extensive gym and swimming pool more than make up for this. Getting to and from the city center is very easy with a free shuttle bus with a friendly and helpful driver. I always felt good in the apartment and slept well there. I would probably stay there again in my winter retreat next time.

It was a very good apartment, perfect to work. The host is very kind and helpful. The view is amazing ! I think it’s maybe better if you book a scooter rent. Thank you ;)
