There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

I loved staying at Øyvind’s place! It’s a very cozy condo, and compared to others I’ve stayed in around Bangkok, this one really feels like the owner put effort into making it feel like home. The balcony was a huge plus for me, and like others mentioned, I also loved spending time there just looking at the city - the view is fantastic! The coffee machine was the perfect addition! As for the cons, the apartment faces the river, and there are boats with music from time to time, but they’re mostly gone by 10 PM. This might be something to consider for those who go to sleep early, like me. Overall, I had a great stay and really enjoyed it! Thank you, Øyvind!

Krittiya must be one of the friendliest hosts that I've ever met. She was extremely responsive and always answered my questions whenever I needed some help. The place looked exactly like the photos and the listed description. We had everything we needed while staying there, from cooking tools, and eating utensils to cleaning equipment. We were also given a generous tray full of welcoming snacks and water bottles when we first arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture from the lovely host. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I'd always recommend Krittiya to anyone who's planning to visit Thailand.

Our stay at Jan's apartment was amazing! Everything in the unit is new, clean, and well-maintained. Hopefully, future guests will continue to keep it in this fresh and pristine condition! The amenities were a highlight—the gym, library, and coworking zone are in excellent condition and super convenient. Also, check out the leisure zone on the roof (41st floor), it's so windy and warm out there, we spent almost every evening back there. The condo also provides a shuttle to the BTS station and the nearby Mega Bang Na mall, which makes the slightly off-central location much less of an issue. The golf cart service to the main street is a thoughtful touch, especially when heading to the 7-Eleven. The host was incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. With excellent facilities, a convenient location, and a fantastic price, this place is a 10/10. Highly recommended!
