Monthly Rentals in Bang Kobua

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

The host is incredibly friendly and approachable, always quick to respond and communicate clearly. They maintain a professional attitude while also being warm and welcoming, with a constant smile that makes you feel right at home. The studio is slightly older than it appears in the photos, but that doesn’t take away from its charm. It’s very well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and impressively tidy. It has everything you need, including a dedicated laundry room. One of the best parts is that all amenities are thoughtfully provided, which adds to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to others.

This was a great value. Easy to walk to the BTS. Condo bus was very nice and on time if you did not want to walk to or from the BTS. Nice pool at the condo. Private and quiet location. Very clean apartment. Highly recommend

The place was perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood while still being within walking distance to the BTS and mall. Having a 7/11 just around the corner was incredibly convenient for quick snacks and essentials. The internet was fast and reliable, which made working remotely seamless. The place was impressively clean and well-maintained. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Great value overall.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
