Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. The residence is equipped with a 25 m swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, a private port, and access to a pebble beach. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

My place is close to everything, the view is exceptional over the bay of Portissol with the ballet of boats in front of you. Restaurants, beach, shops are all next to you, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and cost of parking right next to the apartment, and you can enjoy your vacation on foot, beaches, restaurants, and relaxation.

Cozy studio with a garden in which you can relax on the sun loungers or in the hanging chair listening to the birds sing. You can eat there in the shade of our four-season mimosa. A small garden lounge will welcome your readings. Your vehicle will be parked safely in the gated residence. You can walk to the most beautiful beach in Bandol, the city center or choose to stroll in the park next to the residence.

Bright and comfortable studio, tastefully decorated and furnished, offering stunning views of the Bay of Bandol, allowing you to enjoy the transparency of the water from the terrace located on the fourth and top floor of the residence with elevator. The bedding was changed in July 2023 (new 160 cm sofa bed), to improve comfort.
