Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Numerous walks on the coastal path with a succession of coves, 20 minutes' walk from the center of Bandol (all shops and activities), 5 minutes by car or shuttle.

"La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

Restaurants, beach, shops are all next to you, you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and cost of parking right next to the apartment, and you can enjoy your vacation on foot, beaches, restaurants, and relaxation.

Bright and comfortable studio, tastefully decorated and furnished, offering stunning views of the Bay of Bandol, allowing you to enjoy the transparency of the water from the terrace located on the fourth and top floor of the residence with elevator. The bedding was changed in July 2023 (new 160 cm sofa bed), to improve comfort.
