The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km to the center of Erdek and is at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

A special holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is the top floor of a 3 storey house in the garden. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa with a single bed and a double check yacht in the living room. Therefore, 3 people can stay comfortably. The small beach in the bay where the house is located is accessed by stairs and swim in the sea. Sea, sand and sunbathing are delightful. It is 15 minutes by walking to the center or 5-6 minutes by minibuses passing in front of the house.

Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

My 1+1 duplex apartment, centrally located in Bandırma Square, has 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, kitchen and sink. Basic necessities such as towels, toilet paper, soap per person are available. Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. – I can be flexible depending on availability. I clean the apartment regularly, wash the sheets and towels myself.
