All communication with Christoph was perfect from the beginning, he responded to questions in the shortest possible time. Check-in and check-out were completely uncomplicated due to the good description in advance. The modern furnished apartment corresponds to the description, has WiFi and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and cleanliness. The location is great for excursions to, for example, Heidelberg, Speyer or the Technikmuseum Sinsheim. My wife and I felt very comfortable in the apartment and would be happy to come back.

I would say it's the most enjoyable and efficient AirBnb experience I've had so far. Absolutely peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This allowed me to focus comfortably on my doctoral research. Eduard had even thought of the finest details and there was nothing missing in the house. It literally created the perfect living space for the guest. Although the area is outside the city, the bus transportation is very practical and comfortable. I recommend to all with peace of mind. I will definitely choose Eduard's house for my future arrival!

Everything worked out very well. The apartment is great and clean. We had a pleasant stay and felt right at home. The parking options were also very good. Definitely recommend it.

This was an ideal place to be in Heidelberg. Close enough to areas of interest but without parking and noise issues. The apartment and terrace is thoughtfully furnished and equipped and provides a relaxed, unfussy and congenial living space.

We enjoyed our 4 week stay at the beautiful apartment. Stephan and Irina were super hosts. They took great care of all our needs. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a five minute walk to restaurants, cafes and bakeries in Leimen as well as to public transportation to Heidelberg. Parking was always available in front of the property. We would definately stay there again.

I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is equipped in high quality. Even I, as not a great technical genius, got along great with all the technical details:) If you don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, I recommend a sleep mask, but for me that was the best thing:) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend it:)

The apartment is very easy to reach due to Antoinette's description. A parking lot is right by the house. As Antoinette described, you can reach the garden via a steep staircase made of natural stones, from where you enter the apartment. The old town can be reached either on foot in about 45 minutes or by bus. We enjoyed it very much and we didn't miss anything.

Well situated in Heidelberg Old Town. everything was walkable to. To go further afield the public transport, trains, buses and trams, were easy to access. Old Heidelberg was well worth a visit with easy access to the Schloss via the funicular. The apartment was private and only a stone's throw to the marktplatz. There was no onsite carpark, but the chargeable, secure carpark was only five minutes walk away and we always found a place to park even when it was busy. We had a great time and would use the apartment again.

Perfect accommodation for our motorcycle tour! There were two of us with the motorcycles at Michael's in Reilingen and we couldn't have done better. The apartment is great – very clean, modernly equipped and quietly located. Just the thing after a long day on the bike! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace – ideal for relaxing in the evening. There were also lovely extras such as coffee, sweets and sparkling water – small things that make the stay particularly pleasant. The air conditioning was worth gold at over 30 degrees – we slept great. Shopping and good restaurants are within walking distance, which was a real plus for us. The household was also friendly – you feel right at home. Conclusion: Michael really thought of everything. Clear recommendation – especially for bikers on tour!

The place corresponds very closely to the pictures and the description, you have free parking in front of the door and a very nice terrace. The equipment with kitchen utensils and towels/bedding etc. is also more than sufficient. Since we were invited to a formal occasion, we were also pleased with the equipment with ironing board and iron. We had to arrive a little later and that was also quite flexible. It is best to clarify the arrival time a little further in advance. With us, the communication was a little too spontaneous, so we were standing in front of a locked door, but then Valentina came to meet us and was with us within 15 minutes, which is really not a matter of course. We were really satisfied! You just have to realize that it takes a while to get to the old town by tram and bus or that on weekends you are dependent on an Uber/taxi, but you can plan everything.

Very nice, new, modern apartment on the upper floor of an apartment building. It was all very clean and the neighbors quiet. The location of the apartment is perfect for excursions to Sinsheim, Heidelberg and Speyer. The landlord is easily accessible if you have any questions. We will be happy to come back.

Heidelberg, Speyer, Schwetzingen, Weinheim, Mannheim - these are just a few of the cities that can be easily reached and explored from the accommodation. Incidentally, very good also by train, from Neckargemünd train station. We drove there by car or bike and then continued by train. The apartment itself is exquisitely equipped, the view from the spacious terrace is wonderful. A really good choice.

This apartment was amazing. The bed’s were very comfortable, the place was clean, and the instructions on check-in were very clear and well communicated. Would love to stay again sometime.

Isabel is an excellent host and very committed to making her guests happy. We had a super relaxing and private weekend. The location is excellent. You are in the city with lots of restaurants in a few meters and also quickly in the countryside. We even got a map. The accommodation was also superbly located for our dogs and they could move freely inside and outside, as the outdoor area is fenced and not very visible. There was even a free snack for our little ones on the day of departure. The little ones were very happy. Great recommendation for dog owners. As a welcome, there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with fruit and everything was available, even toothbrushes, games, coffee and more. In the morning, Isabel also provided us with rolls including spread. Thank you for the relaxing and restful weekend.

Staying at Tugba's was great. Despite the attic apartment, it was not hot. The balcony terrace invites you to enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops. Tugba was always available for questions. Very happy to come back.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

Our stay was really great. The place was perfect to escape the ordinary. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was available at all times and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
