Paulo received very well, the house was very clean and organized. Local is a new neighborhood, so it's very quiet. It has nearby markets and pharmacies. I would host again peacefully.

Stefania was very dear and attentive from the very beginning. She is a very welcoming, accessible, friendly and extremely helpful person. It was very easy to talk to her! We also gave several tour tips and helped us promptly with an unforeseen event we had. The house is beautiful, all planned, clean, smelling and had everything we needed, we felt at home. In addition, the BH supermarket is very close, 3 minutes by car. It is a little distant from Capitol tours, however, the house is in a strategic place, since, from Piumhi, you can do the tours in Capitólio and, also, in the Serra da Canastra, outside the other little towns around. So, it didn't bother us at all and compensated for the comfort, it was just to leave early. The stay was very good and quiet!
