What an amazing place! It’s very spacious and clean. My niece and nephews really enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. They were entertained for hours and hours. I noticed that the microwave wasn’t working but as soon as I mentioned it to the host, they wanted to replace it as soon as possible. Great location as well, close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls. I felt safe in the area and peaceful. I have nothing bad to say. Highly recommend this place.

Cozy and comfortable stay! Even though we came as a big group, the house felt spacious and homely. The living room was a great spot for everyone to hang out, it had comfy seating and a warm vibe. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made our stay even more convenient. The toilets were clean and well-maintained, with good water pressure and enough space. We also loved that the area outside the house was perfect for taking photos and really nice lighting and a pleasant view. It felt peaceful and added to the overall charm. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for groups or families looking for a cozy getaway!

The interior of the house has been newly renovated — everything was very clean, super comfortable, and beautifully modern in design. Perfect for a large family. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the city center. We really enjoyed spending the evening around the pool table and had a very restful night here. Great value for money, thank you! I also hope future guests will take good care of this beautiful place so that everyone can continue to enjoy it

I always stay around Balok area when I come over to Kuantan. Because my fishing spots are close by at the beach. I also like the nasi dagang here. One of the best in town. Besides, I like to stay in kampung areas, it reminiscents of my younger days in the kampung. The guest house is very comfortable, spacious, with all the amenities working perfectly. It is also convenient for parking and carrying things into the house.

Fabulous stay at Lee’s. Will surely go back again. Everything was just like it’s shown and the host was very welcoming. We reached at 12AM and he had the house lit up for our assistance. Lovely interiors. Loved the comments board which had both positive and negative.

Will repeat once we get back to Kuantan. Recommended for who need a peaceful place. Very nice place to stay. Thank you Mr Zulkifli ..

Everything is beyond expectations. The owner is very attentive and the rooms is very clean and exactly like the photo . My sons very enjoy it! Especially the small water park for kids .And we will definitely go back if we happen to go to Kuantan again .very pleasant stay .

We had a fantastic stay at Sharmila’s place! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful sea view that we enjoyed every day. Sharmila was an exceptional host—very responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She even went out of her way to help us book the tennis court on very short notice, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway!
