The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. This is a big, clean studio with lots of custom details built out by me & my carpenters. It has a fully appointed kitchen & bath. Queen size bed.
