Drymen View: Modern & comfy stay in Drymen

HannahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a gem!! We were staying for work but I’d happily come back to Carole’s place with my family as a base for a walking holiday too. Spotless, stylish, comfortable with everything we needed, we loved that there was bread and milk available on arrival, what a treat! The beds were super comfortable and the linen and towels were so soft, honestly we can’t fault this place and highly recommend it. Thanks Carole :)

Cosy ground floor apartment on the W Highland Way

DominiqueRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The rental offered by Renato is perfect for a couple wishing to discover Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. A small apartment, very well arranged, very well equipped and very clean. Communication with Renato and Hannah is very easy; their answers to questions are quick. The village of Drymen is pleasant with cafes, restaurants and a convenience store; all in close proximity to the apartment. Plus, it's very easy to park. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Pheasant lodge - Balmaha 3 bed

AlanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a fantastic long weekend at this beautiful holiday lodge in Balmaha, just a short walk from Loch Lomond, the West Highland Way, and a lovely local pub (the Oak Tree Inn, I think? Oak something!). The lodge was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was practical and delivered everything we need, having cooked 1 dinner and 2 lunches while we stayed. The mattresses were firm and comfortable, and the TV was ideal for my son to use with his Xbox (of course he brought his bloody xbox). Aside from the location, the highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—perfect for unwinding after long walks in the stunning surrounding landscape. The host, John, was also prompt and available, although I think it's easy to have had the entire stay without even seeing each other, it was nice to meet him at the end of the stay, and see how passionate he is about being a great host. I hope we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lodge. The Lodge itself was exactly as it is pictured and exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible and we would love to come back and stay again. A truly lovely weekend break.

Ptarmigan, No 5 Lodge, Balmaha.

HollyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely house in great location for visiting loch Lomond. Beautiful view from upstairs balcony. Very comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. Linen was very clean and soft. The only suggestion would be more furniture on the balcony, there were only two very small fold down chairs to sit on to enjoy the view. Things I would've found useful to have known before booking - hot tub is charged at £80 for a 1 or 2 night stay. The lodge is located very close to other similar lodges (in a small complex) so not quite as peaceful as expected (the photos don't indicate this) as you are very close to other lodges.

Atypical accommodation in a peaceful place and Lomond nearby Very clean, very nicely decorated Otherwise for one night it was okay but no more if you have a large suitcase like us, it was complicated to move.

Boathouse

RachelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Incredible location. Close to a small village with everything that you’ll need. Gorgeous view and the boathouse is lovely. It was quite chilly so we loved the wood burner. Loved staying put in the house and enjoyed being so close to restaurants and so much more! We’ll be returning!

Apartment the Ben. loch Lomond Apartments

JosefRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Eddi's accommodation is fantastically embedded in the landscape, absolutely quiet and with a very large outdoor aquarium, which helps the visitor to relax. It is very pleasantly warm in the accommodation and everything works perfectly. It is very pleasant that it is really a king-size bed and not the usual small Scottish king-size!!! Sauna and hot tub are of course fantastic. Communication with Eddi is very pleasant and nice when you also have personal contact. All in all: highly recommended!
