I am SO happy that I chose Watervalley Stud Farm for my family to stay. My daughters (ages 17 & 12) loved to walk around the farm to pet the horses and ponies. I absolutely LOVED that while washing dishes, I could look out the kitchen window at the horses... made washing dishes much more pleasant hahaha ! Sean & Sinéad went out of their way help us with anything we needed and also with recommendations for whatever questions I had, from good restaurants to go out to eat, to local doctors who were the better choices over others... and again, any question I messaged, Sinéad would IMMEDIATELY respond. Great WI-FI service. Extremely quiet and peaceful area, both on the farm and the local roads to take a nice stroll if you'd like !! Grocery stores within 10 minute drive. Having the train only 10 minutes away was amazing, and the train ride into Galway City was only 30 minutes !! Overall AMAZING stay and Sean & Sinéad's farm - They are GENUINELY nice people who make you feel at home.

The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for a home from home stay. The host was extremely helpful and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend!

I’m so grateful for our incredible stay at this absolutely charming cottage! The place felt like a warm hug—every little detail in the decor made it so cozy and inviting. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and all the thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable. Stepping outside into that stunning nature was like a balm for the soul, perfect for our family’s slow-living escape. The hosts were beyond kind, always checking in with such warmth, making us feel so welcomed, like we were right at home. They treated us like family. Our kids were in love with sweet Hazelnut, the fluffiest, most gentle cat who became their best buddy. Aisling one of the host makes pottery and gave us little souvenir plates, so our kids will always remember this vacation. It was such a special time to recharge and make memories together, and we feel so lucky to have found this gem. One of the best stays we ever had. We’re already hoping to come back someday—thank you for everything!
